19 ERBEND CNC CONTROL SOFTWARE & ELECTRONIC HARDWARE All components, PLC modules and, electronic equipments are sutiable for CE regulations and totally prefered from worldwide known suppliers. Entire system is connected to a safety PLC and controlled by it. All digital communication is managed by motion controlled encoders over ethercad protocol and hardware. By the help of this hardware, %100 security and domination on the control is possible. In Radius mode, in order to create oval shape with multi radii, you just need to enter the values like; number of pushing steps, angle,radius, stroke distanes,you can easily create the shape of your oval bending and execute the folding process. Our Computer Numerical Control software which was specificly designed for our machines by our software team, has ability and content of modes in which you may need during a folding process. You can also detect and monitor every kind of error instantly and maket he intervention easily. With this software which is controlled on a 22 digital 3D graphic screen computer and industrial special keyboard, you can; In manual page, you can move all axis manually to see or adjust the real positions of them, mostly used for calibrating axis or motors positions, speed or power. Create your bending shapes in 3D vision, determine the thickness,dimensions,flange lengths, bending degree and radius, see the final part in 3D view and also edit the shape. And finally, you can import this product data in your controller software and start automatic bending cycle. Thanks to the detailed and imaging alert screens, you can easily detect and intervene any error during your work process, the machine always keeps alert codes as log data in its memory. In Automatic Mode, pre-imported data dimensions are diverted to bending axis automatically and bending cycle starts, during the bending cycle that you make with foot pedal commands, you can see the movement simulation of the machine simultaneously. You can create thousands of different parts and save them in PC memory card. In Easy Mode, for the simple bendings,when you don t need to draw a shape or for some works that you want to do manually, you just need to enter the required values like, angle, radius, back gauge position, short and last stroke distance in order to create the bending sequence.
