25 Bay Windows make bespoke bay window poles for square, angled and swept bays. Any number of bends can be specified and measuring is straightforward we will be pleased to send an easy to use tool for accurately measuring the bay angles. For swept bays we will require a paper template, measured down from the ceiling where possible. We always specify the use of metal adjustable brackets with bay windows, to ensure a perfect fit. They can be placed within the inside of the curtains to gently hold them back, the arms are broad enough not to crease the fabric. Alternatively use them on the outside of your curtains with cord tiebacks to pull the curtain back. You can also use holdbacks over the window for when you want to drop fabric as a dress pelmet. 42 Centrepieces Our centrepieces are designed to give your curtains a sumptuous focal point. They can be used with dress curtains either side, or used with fabric draped around the pole. Your curtain can then be on a separate track attached to the wall, or you can use double poles and brackets. Alternatively use one our 60mm corded poles, so that the curtain sits below the pole and then runs behind the centrepiece when drawn. One such project was to create garden poles and finials at Henbury Hall, such as those found in Venice, Italy. This was a nod to the owner s ancestry and these were place in the restored kitchen gardens. The solid hardwood poles were hand turned and capped with 70cm tall hand carved finials before being finished in traditional Venetian colours and detailed with 24ct gold leaf. Another project was to create finials for the Sandy Lane Hotel, Barbados. The finial; designed and created to mirror the hotel s shell motif, was used extensively in all the bedroom suites. 47 Finials, holdbacks and rings are sold individually. Poles are cut and sold per given measurements. You should allow 20-30cm either side of the window when measuring poles. Centre brackets are required for poles over 2.5 meters. Where possible to aim to supply poles in one fixed length. However for extra long poles sometimes two joined poles are required. Some couriers will not take extra long poles, so the poles will have to be supplied in two parts. Please inform us of your location when requesting a quote. Prices include standard finishing; custom finishing is done at no extra charge. There is an extra charge when specifying 24ct gold & silver leaf. Measuring and fitting service on request, please ask for a quote. We are able to do a site visit, this is charged based on distance, fuel etc. For new orders, payment is by Proforma invoice, subsequent orders are placed with a 50% deposit and the balance on completion. We ask that you do not book your curtain fitters until we have completed your order. We accept payment by bank transfer, cheque and credit card (though PayPal 3.5% surcharge). Deposits paid by credit card must cover the full value of the quote. All goods remain the property of until paid for in full. Orders must be in written confirmation, by or post. Delivery times are quoted at a maximum of six weeks, although this is usually a lot sooner. All measurements are approximate. Any damages must be notified with 48 hours of delivery. We are not responsible for incorrectly chosen items. To offer a trade discount, we require orders on a company letterhead and we may ask for proof of trading.
