Offering fll matrix switching capability, these systems can be programmed to display the video from any camera on any monitor, either manally or via independent atomatic switching seqences. The LTC 85 Series provide versatile modlar constrction accommodating p to 64 camera inpts, 8 monitor otpts, 8 keyboards, 8 alarm points, a compter interface port, and a logging printer port. Fnctions Seqencing Capabilities These systems can be programmed with p to 6 seqences which can be rn independently of each other in either a forward or reverse direction. Any of the seqences can tilize the Salvo Switching capability where any nmber of system monitors may be selected to switch as a grop. Using the optional LTC 8559/ Master Control Software package or LTC 885/ GUI Allegiant Server, seqences can be made to activate and deactivate atomatically based pon the time of day and the day of week. Camera Control On-site receiver/drivers permit operator control of pan, tilt, zoom, mltiple pre-positions, for axiliaries, ato-pan, and random scan. An integral local test fnction is also a standard featre. The LTC 85 Series also spports variable speed operation and fll programming fnctions of AtoDome series dome cameras. Bilinx Capability When combined with an LTC 86 Allegiant Bilinx Data Interface nit, these switchers/controllers spport operations sing Bilinx commnication. With Bilinx, PTZ control is accomplished sing a bi-directional commnication protocol embedded in the video signal of Bosch Dinion and AtoDome CCTV cameras. In addition, Bilinx ses the standard video cable to transmit alarm and stats messages from the cameras, providing sperior performance withot the need for separate data transmission cables.

2 LTC 85 Series Allegiant Matrix/Control Systems - Modlar Macro Capabilities The LTC 85 system provides powerfl macro capabilities. The macros can be activated sing Allegiant system keyboards, system time event fnctions, alarm activations, and via special fnction icons in the LTC 885/ GUI software. Alarm Capabilities With the addition of the LTC 854/ Series alarm interface accessory nit, an external contact closre or logic level can be sed to atomatically activate any camera to be displayed. Any monitor or grop of monitors can be set to display cameras nder alarm conditions. The base system contains three bilt-in alarm response modes: basic, ato-bild, and seqence and display. In addition to these three modes, the PC based software packages now incldes the ability to combine any or all three standard modes within the same system. Alarm video may be selected to reset either manally or atomatically. In addition, a 6-character alarm title can be selected to appear instead of the camera title dring alarm conditions. System Operation System operation and programming is accomplished sing a fll-fnction, ergonomically designed keyboard. Up to 8 keyboards may be sed in the system. Bilt-in operator priority levels and the ability to restrict certain operators from controlling designated fnctions provide maximm flexibility. Programming/Software Capabilities The LTC 85 Series incldes a 48-character on-screen display for time-date, camera nmber, camera ID (6 characters), an icon to identify controllable cameras, and monitor ( characters) or stats information. Over 5 characters are available when programming camera ID and monitor titles. Utilizing a Windows-based PC and the LTC 859/ Master Control Software package or LTC 885/ Graphical User Interface (GUI) software, enhanced programming and switching featres can be obtained. A ser-friendly spreadsheet format provides the ability to enter camera titles, operator names, 64 timed events, change system parameters, program camera seqences, install lockots, and access the advanced alarm handling screens with speed and efficiency. The program information may then be transferred into the Allegiant system, stored on disk, or printed ot directly from a printer connected to the PC. The LTC 885/ Bosch GUI software is designed arond an intitive graphic-based interface; the GUI provides high performance programming, control and monitoring of all system fnctions by sing on-screen icons to reflect real time stats of the devices controlled by the system. The LTC 885/ GUI software also provides the ability to monitor system stats events. System alarms, switching fnctions, seqence events, keyboard actions, and video loss information can be viewed in real time on the PC screen and, if desired, logged to the PC hard drive. The LTC 85 Series contains a logging printer otpt port which accepts a standard RS-3 serial printer. This provides a permanent record of system stats showing time and date of changes, sch as: incoming alarms, acknowledgment of alarms, loading of seqences, ser log-on to keyboard, transfer of system tables and seqences, and a power p reset message. In addition, the printer can be sed to obtain a hard copy of the system's configration tables and seqences. Expansion Capabilities The LTC 85 Series can serve as the Master switcher in a SatelliteSwitch configration. This innovative SatelliteSwitch featre enables a single LTC 85 Series system to commnicate with p to 64 remotely located "Satellite" systems. Any Allegiant system model can serve as a remote Satellite switcher. This powerfl featre permits the design of a distribted type system. The main control site can view/control local cameras pls cameras located at any of the remotely distribted Satellite sites. The Satellite sites can view/control only cameras associated with their own site. When sed in this type of configration, the main LTC 85 Series system can access p to 56 cameras located anywhere in the system.
