LOCATION & PERSONNEL Safety Vision is headquartered in Houston, Texas where its wholly-owned 40,000 sq. foot building resides. The sales, marketing, client support, and administrative teams maintain close customer contact upstairs while the product development, service, and warehouse teams maintain operations downstairs. An on-site, four-tier 35,000 sq. foot warehouse stores over ten million dollars of inventory. Safety Vision started when the mobile video camera business was in its infancy. We ve matured with the industry and today offer the most technologically advanced yet user friendly fleet vehicle camera systems available. 3 CLIENT SUPPORT The Client Support department prides itself on being the voice of Safety Vision. Creating the optimal first impression, introducing customers to Account Executives, and processing orders, our Client Support Specialists are often the first Visionaries our clients interact with. To facilitate the best communication, Client Support works together with nearly every other department in Safety Vision, ensuring every request is expedited with alacrity. Client Support Manager Kelli Hibbert and her team work together to supply our on-site field technicians with the proper parts and equipment, administer warranty and repairs with Technical Support and Procurement, and coordinate global operations with Safety Vision s growing international expansions. My team builds relationships with customers, we get to know them personally to anticipate their needs, says Hibbert. We are passionate about people! TECHNICAL SUPPORT Safety Vision provides multiple outlets to provide training to agency personnel. Instruction is conducted both on-site, and in Safety Vision University, a specially outfitted classroom at the corporate headquarters that can replicate what agency personnel experience at their own facility. When it comes to ensuring everyone in the agency is satisfied, Service Manager Jason Donat takes it personally. After the installation, I like to work with people one-on-one to make sure the system as installed is working just like they expect it to. I don t leave until it does. I love when everything falls into place and the client is happy. We have an in-house Service Department, where real people work to answer all manner of client concerns. When the surveillance system doesn t work as expected, correcting that discrepancy must be a priority. When a client calls Safety Vision, they re routed to a Service Technician who specializes in the system the agency uses. These technicians are also available to answer s promptly and effectively. SALES SUPPORT The Sales Department is the core of Safety Vision, embodying all of the ideals Bruce Smith endeavored to cultivate when the business was founded. In this department, dedicated Account Executives seek individuals in multiple mobile marketplaces that face the complex problems and challenges that Safety Vision technology can solve and overcome. Vice President of Sales Randy Wise is confident there is no application existent that his team cannot devise a solution that will make the daily tasks of its operator easier, more convenient, more secure, or more safe. My Executives have more combined experience than any competitor and that grows every day, says Wise. Four Analog High Definition (AHD) connections support up to 720p HD resolution utilizing traditional analog cables, plus an additional Ethernet connection supports a fifth IP camera with a resolution up to 1080p.
