2 Indoor PTZ Cameras S5503PTZ 18X Indoor IP PTZ Camera The Verint S5503PTZ-18X Recess Mount IP PTZ is a standard definition (VGA) Commercial/Industrial pan-tilt-zoom camera system utilizing H.264 encoding. The 18X is the perfect drop-ceiling PTZ, suitable for retail, enterprise and casino operations. The 18X is indoor recess mount only, there are no other available mounting options for this model. For other mounting options, please refer to the 28X and 36X versions of the S5503PTZ. Power supply options for the 18X are shown on page 6 of this guide. 7 Tools Needed Please refer to the installation manual that comes with each camera for specific information on tools. As a general rule, the following tools are required for installing Verint or other IP cameras: Drill with varying diameter drill bits and hole saws. Extra long drill bits (1 meter or longer) as well as specialized masonry bits may also be required The drawings that follow are also available upon request in both PDF and DWG form. Please contact your local Verint sales manager or Verint Customer Service if you would like these drawings. For more information, please visit or call 866-NEXTIVA. Security bits to disassemble major camera components required for installation. An example would be a Security Torx bit set or multi-tool.
