Service occupations a close second, concentrated in food preparation & serving, and healthcare support Management, business & financial occupations are third, with concentrations in computer & information systems managers & preschool and childcare center administrators Computer & healthcare occupations expected to grow fastest 6

9 IT Workforce: RHT CIOs remain optimistic about IT hiring in the second quarter 12%of executives polled plan to add full-time IT staff in the next three months while just 3%anticipate personnel cutbacks. For the sixth consecutive quarter, business growth was cited as the leading motivation for adding IT staff. Technology executives in the Mountain and East South Central regions are most optimistic about hiring activity. Networking is the hottest specialty.
