Advance Directives < 30 days of hire and prior to working independently with individuals served Additionally, prior to execution of a new provider contract, one agency staff member needs to complete Every 2 years & Every 2 years CMH classroom training MDHHS Contract section on Advance Directives 2. Behavioral Treatment / Crisis Intervention (MANDT) 3. Corporate Compliance Additionally If through the Quality Monitoring Review or MDHHS Site Review deficiencies are noted in this area, additional training may be required < 90 days of hire As per certification or otherwise required NOTE Staff are to be trained within the work setting on the use of techniques written in behavioral treatment plans and emergency and/or crisis plans. <30 days of hire Annual update NOTE When applicable laws and/or regulations change ACCMHS may require a training update & Annual CMH classroom training Curriculum must be approved by MDHHS Curriculum must be approved by ACCMHS All staff within the same program setting must be trained in same approach NOTE Mandt must be taken sequentially and within a consecutive 2- month period. ALL STAFF MUST have CMH classroom training Annual Lakeshore LMS online course on Corporate Compliance may be used 2 out of every 3 years Classroom through ACRG must be at least 1 of every 3 years Providers may update staff with 3 considerations 1-They are current in their CC training with ACCMHS, 2-Use ACCMHS materials, 3-Return ALL completed Attestations AND Tests to ACRG MDHHS Contract Technical Requirement for Behavior Treatment Plan Review Committee.
