4 1. Introduction This form contains a series of questions that need to be answered. Please complete ALL the fields in the questionnaire below to produce a Conformance Statement for your Third Party Information Technology Architect Certification Program. Your completed form should be submitted to the Certification Authority when you register for accreditation. Please ensure that you use the current version of the questionnaire (available on the Certification Authority's web site) for your submission. See The Guide to Accreditation within The Open Group Certified Architect Program for more information. Please note that all information in this Conformance Statement will appear on the public Accreditation Register, except for Revision History, which shows the changes in this Conformance Statement from prior versions and is contained at the end of this document. 2. Raytheon s Certified Architect Program (CAP) requirements span six overarching areas: 1) specialized training for Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF), TOGAF, Zachman Framework, Federal Enterprise Architecture, SEI s Architecture Principles and Practices, SEI's Architecture Tradeoff Analysis Method (ATAM ), plus specialized internal classes on Cyber and the Raytheon Enterprise Architecture Process (REAP), 2) external certification and certificate (TOGAF, ATAM ), 3) leadership (must have led architecture engagement), 4) practitioner experience (multiple architecture engagements), 5) contributions to the architecture discipline, and 6) orals sessions before our corporate certification board. Our specific certification requirements are presented in the CAP certification Skills Assessment file, which was submitted as part of this re-accreditation process. Yes / No If YES, provide brief details below. Procedural deltas are documented within our CAP Polices & Procedures document (current version submitted with re-accreditation evidence files). For example, we mandate specialized architecture training within our program which is coordinated through our corporate training organization, Raytheon Professional Services (RPS). Our P&P document defines how CAP participants can make up required training (internally or outside Raytheon) if they are unable to participate in one of the corporately scheduled sessions with their training cohort. Rationale: The Accredited Certification Program's documentation should be consistent with the Open CA Program documentation, which is to say it should contain no contradictions or omissions. It may possibly define special procedures for extended certification requirements. We defined and developed our Certified Architect Program in late 2003, prior to the creation of ITAC/OpenCA by The Open Group. As with our initial 2009 accreditation and subsequent biennial re-accreditations, our certification review board templates are an extension of the ITAC/OpenCA Program experience profile tables. Rationale: The Accredited Certification Program's documentation should be consistent with the Open CA Program documentation, which is to say it should contain no contradictions or omissions. As with our initial 2009 accreditation and subsequent biennial re-accreditations, our Certified Architect Program leverages the experience profile tables within ITAC/OpenCA documentation. Rationale: The Accredited Certification Program is at liberty to make use of these resources but is not constrained to do so provided that the Accredited Certification Program's documentation is consistent with the Open CA Program documentation, which is to say it should contain no contradictions or omissions.
