2 2 TERMS & CONDITIONS. Design Rights RUBN owns all product rights and reserve the right to change designs. Prices & Sales conditions All prices in this pricelist are valid from and until further notice. Our support team will supply payment terms to new customers. Delivery & Charges We aim to ship stock orders within two working days. You will be notified of the status of your order. Shipping is included within the EU. For orders outside of the EU, shipping will be added and calculated for each order. RUBN ship in accordance with CPT terms (Carriage Paid To). Once your order has left our shipping dock, you are responsible for the condition of the goods. Upon receival, check your goods immediately for damages. This must be reported to driver. Contact RUBN for information on your shipment to ease your claim. If you wish you can also pick up goods directly at our factory, Ex Works. Transportation Insurance We recommend you have extra insurance for your shipment. If you wish, we can assist you with getting the extra insurance. Notify us once placing your order. Insurance is as low as 1% of purchase value up to For higher volumes, please contact us for a quote. Return of Goods Return of goods, all in original mint condition, 85% credit on invoiced amount (excl freight). Return of goods, lamp in mint condition, broken box, 75% credit on invoiced amount (excl freight). Return of goods must be reported within one month from receival. Warranty RUBN offers a 25 year warranty on all solid parts such as lampshades, joints, stands, screws and bolts.
