5 Brief Profile of Speakers Mr. Saumen Chakraborty is President and Chief Financial Officer of Dr. Reddy s. He has over thirty two years of experience in both the strategic as well as the operational aspects of management and has played a significant role in the evolution of Dr. Reddy s as a global pharmaceutical company. Saumen graduated in Physics from Visva-Bharati University and has a degree in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. In June 2017, Saumen was appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of ABP group. Mr. Sandeep Baldava is a Senior Partner in Ernst & Young India s Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services and leads this practice across South India. He is a Chartered Accountant, a Certified Fraud Examiner & a Certified Information Systems Auditor by qualification with over two decades of professional experience. Mr. V. Swaminathan serves as Head of Corporate Audit & Assurance at Godrej Consumer Products Limited & its associated companies. He is a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University, Cost Accountant and holds a Master s Degree in Management from SP Jain Institute of Management. He is a CIA, CISA and an Associate Member of the Institute of Fraud Examiners USA.

Anirban holds a Masters degree in Economics from JNU after which he pursued his Masters in Business administration. He also holds a six sigma green belt certification.

6 Brief Profile of Speakers Mr. Anirban Mukherjee is Partner in Ernst & Young India s Advisory Services. Anirban brings with him over 15 years of experience in the Governance, Risk and Control space and has lead many organizational transformation exercises. Anirban holds a Masters degree in Economics from JNU after which he pursued his Masters in Business administration. He also holds a six sigma green belt certification. He is also the current president of IIA Hyderabad Chapter. Mr. Sudesh Shetty is Partner in KPMG India s Risk Consulting. He is a Certified Information System Auditor and a Certified Fraud Examiner brings with him over 16 years of experience in information security and enterprise risk management. Mr. Narasimhan is a Partner - PKF Sridhar & Santhanam LLP, Chennai He is a multi-facet expert with specialized knowledge in Hospitality industry, SAP consulting and Information technology services. His expertise spans to Enterprise Performance Management competency leading and delivering EPM transformation projects; specializing in the design and implementation of Continuous Monitoring solutions for clients.
