4 A. General provisions The Vendor undertakes to order the required lines of its preferred carrier(s) via Boerse Stuttgart by means of the Line Order Form. The Vendor assumes all obligations of Boerse Stuttgart in connection with this/these line(s) (e.g. payment of line costs, rights to terminate the line(s), etc.) arising under the Market Data Dissemination Agreement. The fees cover the installation and operation of the price marketing system, including the Vendor software licences (TIBCO) and a telephone hotline for customer inquiries. A.1 Connection fee Users of the Boerse Stuttgart data feed that are directly connected via a point-to-point connection to the price marketing system in Stuttgart ( Vendors ) shall pay Boerse Stuttgart a one-off technical connection fee, which is independent of the type of connection. 5 B. Line costs In addition, costs thereby incurred for the communication lines of the Carrier BT Radianz or Colt Telecom and/or T-Systems an. Boerse Stuttgart has concluded master agreements with these carriers, which provide communication line connection using newest network technology. The communication line fees have to be paid as from the exect date of initialization of the communication line/s and are calculated pro rate temporis. The carriers are calling exact prices only upon request and after verification of the installtion location.
