2 Annex A MegaLink Service MegaLink Service is a group of commercial broadband (best effort) connectivity services. MegaLink Service delivers high-speed connectivity to business customer over an IP infrastructure. Customers can extend their wide area network to branch offices, telecommuters, suppliers and customer by taking advantage of the high speed and ubiquitous connectivity of MegaLink Service. MegaLink Service consists of the following two service categories: MegaLink Access Service - A high speed client-server access service - Establish connection on demand MegaLink VPN Service - A high speed any-to-any VPN service - Always-on connection Tariff Table (effective from 10 January 2017): A. MegaLink VPN Server End (SE) Service All in HK$ - OC-3c Up to 150M First 15 km : $21,120 : $3,120 per 10M $58,790 $29,370 $58,790 $920 - GE Up to 1G First 15 km : $37,620 : $7,800 per 50M $58,790 $29,370 $58,790 $920 The Services are subject to applicable terms and conditions (and as amended from time to time) listed in the General Conditions of Service of Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited, the Special Conditions of Datapak, the Conditions of Broadband Network Services for service providers, and if applicable, any Service Plan, Applications and Service Literature. Remarks: 1) The provision of the Services is subject to site feasibility study, network coverage and the availability of the Company s resources. 2) Minimum Commitment Period ( MCP ) for each circuit of the Services is 12 months. Service termination (or disconnection) before expiration of the relevant MCP is subject to a Cancellation Charge, calculated at the rental payable from the date of early termination until the expiry of the MCP. Service termination after expiry of the MCP shall have at least three-month notice in advance. 3) Clauses 14.8 to of the General Conditions of Service of the Company which provide for the renewal of the existing term plan ( Existing Plan ) shall not apply to the Services. If the customer continues to use the Services after the expiration of the commitment period, all the existing discount or/and free offerings provided under the Existing Plan will not be available. 4) For any works requested which is not included in the planned / normal provision of the Services (such as, but not limited to, civil works, special internal wiring, dedicated trunking, internal trunking, any applicable charges imposed by the building management office or data centre, way leave dues, customer premise equipment, etc.), the Company will charge customers for the job based upon the complexity and effort involved, subject to availability of resources. 5) For these best effort services, the Company reserves the right to terminate the Services upon 30 days notice. 6) The Company may develop customized commercial offers based on customized volume/term commitment, service requirements, etc. subject to network coverage and available resources. 4

5 Note (1): The bandwidth charge refers to downstream bandwidth. There are a number of downstream bandwidth options with corresponding associated upstream bandwidth available for subscription. The currently available bandwidth options within the bandwidth range can be obtained from the Company s sales channel, while new bandwidth options may be added from time to time, subject to demand volume, service coverage and available resources. 5
