1 TECHNICAL DATA The TrueNet industrial outlet from ADC KRONE allows the installation of RJ45 based Ethernet connections in extreme environmental conditions like industrial production facilities, outdoor places or rooms with higher security requirements. The industrial outlet offers protection according to IP67/65 against humidity, steam and dust as well as resistance against mechanic destruction or unauthorized access, combined with quick installation and simple opereation. The use of the RJ45 KM8 module of ADC KRONE ensures high transmission spare capacities in a bandwidth up to 250 MHz. At the same time the KM8 perfectly combines the requirements of structured cabling with those of the Ethernet. That ensures operating safety of all installation areas during the whole service life. It complies with the inhousestandards (ISO/IEC, EN and TIA/EIA) and industrial standards (PROFInet) and there are no mounting tools needed for installation. Therefore this product without any problems can be applied in the fields of industrial automation and building control. It s design, the IP67/65 protection in connected and unconnected state and the locking system distinguish this industrial outlet from all other products available.

Extension of Inhouse Cablings A sound plastic housing protects the RJ45 connectors from intentional or unintentional damage Automatic covers protect the connections from pollution and ensure permanent availability of services at the outlet. Therefore it is ideally suited for use in prefixed cabling, e.g. underground installations on fairgrounds and exhibitions. The possible sealing of outputs protects the network from unauthorized access especially in areas with public entry and without permanent surveillance.
