IoT is a technique that allows all connected ones and to exchange information with each other. So many exchanges information and data with each other than ever in the past. The rise of big data technologies is emerging IoT technologies and at the same time[1]. Big Data Big Data technology in addition to the quantitative information can be analyzed by the ever faster processing speeds impossible to quantify qualitative information. As well, even if the size of the data, no matter how large it is possible to derive information that is available and analysis means[2]. Also, the Internet connecting the object information to the sensing information from the people and objects in the network is applicable to various fields as a third-generation Internet technology. By computerized information sensed from the object and a human connection through the Internet, is applicable to various fields such as consumer electronics, automotive, security, agriculture, health care[3]. In this paper, we discussed the content information associated with the processing of the third condition. In the course of processing the data transmission / reception between the smart devices in the IoT connectivity environment, mobility, no choice but to increase the overhead of the inside of the machine for such cooperative transmission. This overhead, with end-to-end delay increases with the high-cost problem, response time delay is a factor of inhibiting the user of the service quality. 2 Vol.123 (SoftTech 2016) techniques in a local area according to the current number in using the application service in progress. 2 Materials and Methods 2.1 Interaction Technology of Sensor-Smart Device Sensors and smart devices exchange information based on the Internet connection. Unlike the method using the network interface device and the built-in smart sensor technology that enables direct communication between the two models it is very important for the service IoT. Direct communication scheme may be utilized are described, such as the wired USB, a Bluetooth radio system, IEEE (Zigbee), RFID / NFC, WiFi. It has the advantage of being able to build a more enhanced security features or independent and personalized reliable network to a different network conditions that are not adhered to, avoiding the internet for communication. Because the various smart devices already support a variety of networking in a way that our lives, enabling these small-scale networking indirect way. Research to provide a sensor data processing framework in this way are still being conducted in the initial stage, but actively. ODK Sensor framework published by the University of Washington is a framework that stores and manages the information coming from the sensor by placing the sensor managing external layer. Collecting and managing external sensor information efficiently transmitted to the application layer and the existing information management middleware Unlike abstracts up networking layers increase the ease of developing an application service for smart devices during development, software errors the probability of occurrence It can be reduced. ETRI in the current developed Sensor Virtualization Machine (SVM) capable of directly collecting information from a variety of sensors or control located on the outside through the network interworking with an external sensor. Virtualization to the information gathered from the sensors is developing smart devices based sensor terminal supports common software platform for a variety of sensor-based services and applications can be easily developed app or hand application. SVM in development in addition to the purpose of the existing software to provide information storage and management that allows to create new virtual sensor through fusion and mash (mashup) between the sensor through the abstraction operation. Newly developed applications can help by utilizing SVM can avoid the hassle that must each modify the networking layer, by allowing using various types of sensors can be manufactured more easily the application development for smart devices. SVM under development in the ETRI (Figure 1) has a physical sensor of the outside by virtualization software on the administration and conveniently, can create a new sensor information via that combination. Sensor - Smart Interaction technology, the terminal is expected to play an important role in the future smart phone the center of IoT services. Measurement Result (c) Multiple Targets The y-axis represents the content rate (%), and the x-axis of the Fig 8`s graph shows the transfer rate of the content (bit / second). Fig 2-(a). is the measurement result of a fixed target. The proposed method rather than existing methods showed higher performance. Fig 2-(b). is the measurement result of a mobile target. For a moving target, in the conventional method, the intervals of considerably low performance is high. On the other hand, in the proposed system, performance similar to that of a fixed target was measured. Fig 2-(c). is the measurement result of the case of transferring the content to multiple targets. The performance of the proposed system is higher than that of the existing transmission systems 4 Conclusions IoT generation that enables the union of all things and internet is impending. With all-things-intelligent-internet, we can interconnect between to matching these new trends, we need more technology progress in some fields, such as open type semantic platform, sense-smart terminal interaction technology, high-trust-low-power network technology, energy-harvesting, sensor technology. Also we have to overcome some hindrances such as invasion of privacy, information protection to matching new trend. In this paper, I conduct research to reduce overhead to efficient IoT information exchange. Control system which is controlling device, is added to origin transmit-receive system to manage storage, controlling and date transmit-receive. In addition, it compared with existing systems. It was analyzed. To apply various existing devices, not only proposed new system but also web standard needs more research. Next, by the comparative analysis of the content transmission system compared with the conventional transmission scheme, and will be carried out and analyzed to evaluate the performance.
