3 STEP - ASSEMBLE MAST MOUNT BRACKET /" WASHER BRACKET START /" NYLOCK NUTS ONTO BOLTS, DO NOT TIGHTEN UNTIL STEP #4 INSERT () / X /4" BOLT THROUGH WASHER AND BRACKET. SLIDE /" ALUM. NUT INTO NUT TRACK ON BRACKET FIG. STEP - ASSEMBLE MAST MOUNT BRACKET ONTO LEG INSERT - IF LIFT HAS CANOPY ALREADY INSTALLED, THE BRACKET AND RAIL FROM THE CANOPY WILL HAVE TO BE REMOVED FROM THE DESIRED LEG FOR THIS STEP. 4 STEP 3 - ASSEMBLE RECIEVER ONTO MAST - INSTALL ANTENNA TO RECIEVER #8/ NYLOCK NUT THREAD ANTENNA INTO TOP OF RECEIVER SCREWS THROUGH RECEIVER AND MAST CONNECT WIRES TOGETHER FIG. 3 TOP SECTION OF MAST STEP 4 - CUT DOUBLE SIDED VELCRO IN LENGTHS NEEDED TO SECURE THE WIRE TO THE FRAME OF THE LIFT IN A MANNER THAT WILL PREVENT THE WIRES FROM BEING HARMED FROM THE LIFT MOVING UP AND DOWN. 5 Floe Wireless Systems Reprogramming Receiver To Transmitter Fob Reprogramming a Remote Receiver to a Remote Transmitter Fob: Each transmitter has a unique identity. Each time a Remote Transmitter Fob is operated, it emits a secure RF signal. The Remote Receiver can learn new signals, thereby allowing the user to reprogram the Remote Receiver to match a new different Remote Transmitter Fob. To Prepare a Remote Receiver for Reprogramming, follow this procedure: A From the dock, loosen the bolt holding the receiver mast, pull out the mast, and rotate it for easy access to the Remote Receiver. Return to the upright position when Reprogramming is complete. B CAUTION DO NOT Allow Exposed Circuit Board To Come In Contact With Metal Remove the Antenna (unscrew) and the two Phillips Head Screws and save them. C Remove the base with the Circuit Board, the floodlight plug, and the power plug. The power plug (black cord) must be plugged into the battery to reprogram the Remote Receiver. Make sure black O-Ring is around the plastic base. SHEET 5 OF 7

6 Do I need to Erase Current Settings? At the top of the Circuit Board are the Learn Switch, red Power LED light (always on), and green Learn LED light (on only during programming). Before reprogramming a Remote Receiver, decide whether to erase the current settings or not. If replacing a lost Remote Transmitter Fob but still have another working fob, do not erase the current settings. The Remote Receiver can store up to 40 settings. Erasing Current Settings (this will de-program all existing Remote Transmitter Fobs): To erase all current settings, press and hold down the Learn Switch for 5 seconds. Now when any of the three buttons on the Remote Transmitter Fob are pressed, the green Learn LED light will flash but nothing will work. To Reprogram the Remote Receiver:. DOWN: * Press the Learn Switch Once. The green Learn LED light will flash Once. Press and hold down the DOWN button on the Remote Transmitter Fob for four seconds or until the green Learn LED light flashes continuously and the lift goes DOWN.. UP: * Press the Learn Switch Twice. The green Learn LED light will flash Twice. Press and hold down the UP button on the Remote Transmitter Fob for four seconds or until the green Learn LED light flashes continuously and the lift goes UP. 3. FLOODLIGHT: Press the Learn Switch Three Times. The green Learn LED light will flash Three Times. Press and hold down the LIGHT button on the Remote Transmitter Fob for four seconds or until the green Learn Light flashes once and the Floodlight turns on. * NOTE: If the Lift is at its upper or lower limit, the lift will not move past that limit while reprogramming, but the green LEARN LED light will still flash after 4 seconds to indicate the reprogramming was effective.
