The Model 2102 test table is designed Model 2102 to be easily customized with a wide range of options to meet your specific requirements. Accurate and reliable motion control of the 2102 Test Table is achieved with a servo-controlled system consisting of direct-drive DC torque motors, precision optical encoders, and the Ideal Aerosmith AERO 822 microprocessor based two-axis motion controller. This test table system is designed for ease of operation and is programmed with the Ideal Aerosmith Table Language (ATL) for remote operation. The AERO 822 Controller comes standard with two remote interfaces: RS-232 and IEEE-488. The TL Two-Axis Motion Simulation Table Systems feature servo-controlled directdrive axes with an AERO 822 Digital Touch- Screen Controller. The Table System can be controlled locally via the Controller interface, or remotely via a host PC. The TL is considered a "moderate" accuracy system designed for smaller test payloads. Other Ideal Aerosmith table systems are available for applications that require higher accuracy or a larger payload capacity. These tables are servo controlled and feature directdrive DC brushless motors, precision optical encoders and a microprocessor based controller that provides accurate and reliable motion control. The table can be operated from the front panel keypad or keyboard for local control or through a computer interface for remote control. This test table system is designed for ease of operation, yet allows for the performance of complex motion profiles. The Models 2002P or 2002PG may be configured for limited rotation or with slip rings for unlimited axis rotation based on specific customer requirements. For limited rotation applications, these tables have wire wrap allowance that provides a cost effective alternative to slip rings. Wire wrap test tables are designed for high reliability, minimal electrical noise, and low maintenance.
