5 Getting Started Box Content 1x Compact Wireless Mouse 1x USB Nano Receiver 1x User Guide Instructions Insert a single AA Battery (not included) into the underside of the mouse and insert the Nano USB Receiver into the USB port of your computer. Your mouse should then be ready for immediate use. 5

6 Getting Started Buttons The Compact Wireless Mouse features multiple advanced function buttons. Please refer to the numbered diagram on the following page for a complete listing of these buttons and their respective functions. 6

8 Getting Started Button Functions Refer to the diagram on the previous page for button numbering. 1. Right Click: traditional right click function. 2. Center Click: activates browser scroll feature, closes browser tab when clicked on tab header and can be used to open a link in a new browser tab. 3. Left Click: traditional left click function. 8

9 Getting Started 4. DPI Switch/Indicator: press to adjust pointer sensitivity. Press once for 800DPI (the indicator will flash once), press again for 1200DPI (the indicator will flash twice), press a third time for 1600DPI (the indicator will flash three times). 5. Back: navigate backward within a web browser. 6. Forward: navigate forward within a web browser. Note: Back/Forward buttons not compatible with IOS 9

10 Product Overview Auto-Sleep Feature If the mouse remains unused for approximately 8 minutes, the built-in auto-sleep mode will activate and the mouse will power down to conserve battery. Press any button to reawaken. To Reconnect The mouse and the USB Nano receiver are linked by an internal code. There are certain environmental 10

11 Product Overview factors, such as extreme temperatures or rough use, that may interrupt this connection, requiring the mouse and the receiver to be manually reconnected. To do so, complete the following steps within a span of no more than 15 seconds: remove the nano receiver from the computer s USB port and re-insert it. Bring the mouse as close as possible to the receiver and remove and replace the battery. The mouse should now reconnect. 11

15 Appendix Warranty Your new SHARKK Mouse is covered by a Limited Manufacturer s Warranty. Details of the warranty are as follows: for a period of one (1) year from the date of retail purchase, SHARKK warrants that this product is free of any defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship. During the warranty period, we shall, at our sole discretion, repair or replace any defective parts within a reasonable period of time and free of charge. 15
