This series adopts an advanced graphical operating system and received great improvements on the electrical and the mechanical systems. X/Y/Z axe adopt precise linear guide-ways, ball-screws and servo system which ensure smooth movement and high accuracy in a clean zone without dust, dirt or dielectric. 4. Z-axis platen has the interfaces for mounting multi-types of chucks (manual, 3R, EROWA,. ). 5. Reliable & precise C-axis makes indexing and helical, various complex machining very easy. 4 TECHNOLOGY Every Noviform Die sinker is boosted with the new Orbit II Pro-technology providing higher machining precision and superior surface quality Noviform Orbit II Pro Technology: Reduces machining time with 50% and electrode wear with 70% Improve surface finish quality with 50% Breaks through traditional restriction Upgrades the accuracy of the products Increases efficiency and productivity Easy with intelligent design Fully tested through shock and vibration testing Cuts at 45 for corner-sharpening Makes it easy to engrave a T-type channel Preventing build-ups of debris and deformation in boring a deep hole & big plane Hexagon machining 100% of Screw Mould Junction Different sizes of cavity machining can be done using just one size of electrode Conventional orbital machining (Spherical Orbiting or planetary movement of the electrode) is done consecutively, from point to point, along the targeted shape and the electrode movement is not smooth, resulting in unstable machining. The spherical orbit pattern is an option found on many advanced CNC sinkers. Spherical orbit patterns are not possible with mechanical orbiters or many of the available electronic spindle-mounted orbiters. PRECISE TECHNOLOGY Just to understand how precise the Noviform Second Generation machines are? Pull out one hair and hold it in front of this picture and you will understand! The cutting capabilities of this P-series are very performant due to its high-end technology developed by Novick. The Standard S-Series is capable to cut with a precision of 1 µm. To better comprehend the cutting performance, imagine that diameter of a human hair is aproximatly between µm, were the Precision P-Series is capable to measure with the accuracy of 0,25 µm which is 32 times smaller than the diameter of a human red blood cell. This results in highly stable machining. The newly developed Orbit II Pro function smoothly guides electro-de movement for uniform surfaces without unevenness. This advanced machining technology, in which the electrode is in motion continuously, results in stable finish machining with improved precision and quality.
