Remove the rust formed on metal parts and equipments during storage and in other processes. W-2K Usage- Anticorrosive additive solution for wire EDM. Agitate W-2K with water to set the liquid, and then adding it to the coolant for even spread. High concentration of W-2K affects ion exchange resin. For immersion type, the amount of W-2K required is about 0.3% of tank volume and flushing type it is about 0.5%.
