Specifications & Approvals TE D Outer SolderSleeve Heatshrinkable insulating sleeve. Cable inserts easily, with no spacers other parts required. 2. Inner SolderSleeve Termination is a heatshrinkable sleeve with a precisely pre-fluxed solder pre-fm confming to QQ-S Connect The precision outer body meets electrical engagement and contact retention requirements of individual connect systems. 4. Inner Heatshrink In the terminated signal lead, inner heatshrink tubing shrinks tightly around the termination to insulate and strain relieve the connection. Tensile strength of the soldered terminations exceeds that of the cable itself. 5. Outer Solder Pre-fm Contains precise amounts of solder and flux confming to QQ-S Inner Pin and Socket Contacts are permanently fixed within the assembly to provide proper setback and concentricity. 7. Dielectric The dielectric between inner and outer contacts provides concentricity, electrical integrity, precise mating dimensions and closed entry at the inner socket. 8.
