5 Purpose CBAnalyzer compares vibration data collected from the user s equipment to established KGPs, Known Good Profiles, to determine: Overall mechanical condition Arc flash study validation checks Breaker timing: opening and closing time First trip testing data for arc flash compliance

6 Process Data is collected by magnetically attaching accelerometer to the front of a circuit breaker No electrical connections or removal of the breaker are required. The collected data is then sent to our system where it is then compared to a KGP Baseline 65% envelope of the KGP, a Pass result sent Outside the envelope: Fail result is received. MyCBA Web Account, equipment is managed, tests are reviewed, and data is trended. The Windows 7 and ios systems can be used together at the same facility.

Built-in accelerometer measures at 100Hz Simple interface and extreme portability, the ios enables the customer to put the power of CBAnalyzer in the pockets of many. While the two systems accomplish the same mechanical condition test, the Windows 7 system features additional tools and more data than the ios system.

15 MyCBA Web Account Each company gets its own web account with unlimited users. Permissions are available to assign to each user. This allows all information to be stored and managed in one, central location. Web accounts are where all tests are reviewed and stored, equipment managed, and data trended all of which makes the web account the true power behind CBAnalyzer.

16 Breaker Investigation A support service we offer is a Breaker Investigation. If a user would like to know more about a Fail test result, we will do an investigation of the vibration signature to pinpoint the problem(s) within the breaker. Remediation If a result other than Pass is received, the user can simply tap the "Remediation" button to review information about the message, and further steps to follow.
