4 Screw Connection System SRK SSL PushIn Connection System FRK FSL The clamping yoke transmits pressure from the screw to clamp the wire conductor against the busbar. The required contact force is generated by the torque applied to the screw. Because of its construction, the clamping yoke is able to provide the strongest contact force and thus the lowest voltage drop. 5 Tension-Spring Connection System ZRK ZSL Stud Connection System HSKG The tension spring is used to hold the wire connection securely to the busbar. The stainless steel spring provides permanent contact force between the wire and the busbar. The tension spring is a fast connection method that can be used anywhere. 8 SDK feed-through terminals The SDK feed-through terminals are suitable for various applications involving device/housing technology. The coordinated system components can be combined to achieve various voltages with a maximum voltage level of 1000 V (UL 600 V) for rated currents up to 32 A. The maximum rated voltage is achieved by using the optional partition plates, spacer plates and adapter plates, while taking into account the contamination degree 3. Cable cross-sections between 0.2 mm² and 6 mm² must be used. The feed-through terminals have a two-part construction and are for panel thicknesses of 1 4 mm. They are available in a screw-connect version or a screw/solder-connection version. The latter version is designed for encapsulated device requirements and provides the optimal seal for each application.

9 Shield connection clip SAB SSAB Transformer terminals TKS On their output side, the TKS transformer terminals use our proven clamping yoke connection system. Their closed housing design ensures touch safety in compliance with BGV A3. The housing material (PA 6.6 UL 94-V0) provides superior thermal stability for all areas of use. The The SSAB screw-shield connection clip and the SAB shield connection clip are suitable for standard cable shielding. They enable EMC-compliant wiring with their contact surface areas. They also have low-impedance and lowohm contact junctions. Our comprehensive product portfolio enables many installation options: including busbar, DIN rail or direct mounting. wide-opening body caps (which are attached to the terminal housings when opened) and the open-sided solder hooks on the busbar result in simplified processing and significantly reduced production times. 10 Marking systems It is important to mark cables, connectors and devices so that there is unambiguous, logically arranged and permanently legible identification. This helps to prevent mis-wiring, increases safety and reduces work levels, which in turn reduces manufacturing and maintenance costs including those caused by production down-times. Our line of marking products offers a practical solution for labelling all types of equipment. Housings A wide variety of housings are available in different sizes and materials (polystyrene, polycarbonate, polyester, ABS and aluminium); these offer solutions for protecting electronic circuits and for installing devices or terminal rails. 12 GSM-PRO communications processor GSM-PRO enables remote operation and maintenance, and is used to control and monitor decentralized facilities. It signals when the process has reached a certain status or specific limit. Digital and analogue inputs values can also be transmitted via or SMS (text message). The digital relay outputs can be switched using an SMS sent from the decentralized control room or from the service technician. Our Android and iphone apps are available to make the monitoring and control functions even easier. If you are using multiple modules and need a complete overview in the field, our Portal software offers an interesting solution.

13 IRC interface relays IRC relay couplers and MFR-IRC timing relays embody a new strategy for the 6.2 mm coupling relays. Our five different relay versions provide optimized use of space, simple installations, ease of use, and excellent functionality. They can be adapted for various application requirements because of the interchangeable mechanical relays and optocouplers (SSRs). Different coloured cross-connections help to simplify your installation process. Our input/output relays and plug adapters for PLC/ribbon cable connections further simplify wiring and reduce the space needed in the electrical cabinet. A stable and safe power and voltage supply guarantees a trouble-free production process in systems and mechanical engineering. Our product line includes many variants: including unsmoothed and smoothed transformers, unregulated and regulated mains power supplies, as well as primary clocked power supplies. 15 Electronic modules Surge protection Interface modules allow for a passive mechanical-electrical implementation of standard connectors onto screw or tension-spring PCB terminals. Because of their compact design, clear terminal labelling, and their simple assembly onto TS 32 or TS 35 rails, this system represents an attractive alternative to a pure individual wiring approach. When choosing the correct device for overvoltage protection, it is important to consider the VDE regulations dealing with surge-voltage resistance, insulation, and lightning protection classes. 16 PCB connectors Our PCB terminals for connecting to the circuit board enable a variety of connectivity solutions that are both efficient and reasonably priced. Wire-protection, eccentric tappet or clamping yoke connection types are available. The tension spring and PushIn wire connect methods offer further options. Because of their special design, they are well suited for use with vibrations, in a corrosive environment or with extreme temperature fluctuations.

18 Services CONTA-CLIP is able to meet the requirements and challenges of our customers by offering a range of custom solutions, including customized housing preparation, terminal rail assembly and customized designs/constructions. We can prepare DIN rails and housings according to your specifications and fit these with cable glands or customer-specific products as needed. We assemble compete terminal rails onto DIN rails. We can also label according to your requirements and assume responsibility for the component storage. Thus you only need one part number to specify a complex pre-assembled unit. We can then take responsibility for the storage of individual components and for the component list.
