34 Calibration Connect the IMR 3000/2800 with a Computer (Null-modem cable). Unzip all files into one Directory. To Use this program in Full Screen Mode: Right Click on CMG program. Click Properties. Click Screen. Click Full Screen. Click Apply. Click OK. Double Click on the CMG Program. Existing serial number: Type in the S/N of the unit and then confirm with enter If you get an error message Serial No. not found! Press any Key! enter the serial number add new and press enter The serial# and the sensor ranges will be changed once inside the program

35 Calibration CMG-program will open a new screen with a table Make sure the sensor ranges are correct.( = 21%). Be aware that some 2800 instruments may have different sensors installed other that the 6 sensors shown at the top of page 1. Also be aware that some sensors may need to have the information changed to a different gas type than what is shown. If you need help with sensor locations for the CMG software, please contact info@imrusa.com. Make sure the test-gas concentration is correct. (10.3% = ppm etc.) Don t use commas.

36 Calibration Change the serial number if necessary to match the unit you are calibrating. Save unit file by pressing F2 Apply the test gas The values are stable after approx. 3 min Make a service print out: (Main menu: ) Let the unit purge with fresh air (O2 = 20.9%)
