1 General Description DMI600 is a standard dual-axis digital display inclinometer, specialized for measuring the tilt angle of the object relative to horizontal position, the flatness of equipment installation and the wall verticality, its working principle is built-in miniature solid pendulum, by measuring the gravity then calculating the level degree of the current object. Measurements that show the angle with the reference zero to the Earth's gravity, each product accuracy is calibrated before out of factory. In addition provide a button used for the relative angle measurement,can setting the current angle to zero, as the basis of the relative angle change measurements. DMI600 belongs dual-axis small measuring range digital display inclinometer, the highest accuracy can up to 0.02 degrees. The product is small size, diversified ways of working, can connect with the external RION brand series tilt sensor remote control, easy remote collection site angle data for some special industries. The internal integrated magnet self-priming installation method, only need the user simply attach the DMI600 flat bottom to the iron-type objects, rely on it s internal magnet the product can be absorbed to the measured object surface for a long-term, avoid the trouble of mounting by screws,also easily disassemble. The display unit of product using the industrial-grade digital tube so that can guarantee the normal work in a wide industrial environment. Absolute accuracy:refers to in the normal circumstances,the sensor absolute linearity, repeatability, hysteresis, zero deviation, and transverse error comprehensive error. Long term stability : Refers to the sensors in normal conditions, the deviation between the maximum and minimum values after a year's long time work. Response time:refers to the sensor in an angle change, the sensor output value reached the standard time required. Product Function Introduction Note: 1. The inclinometer use internal battery for power supply, continuous working time is 4 hours, if over four hours then need to charge, the charger will be red light, charging about 2 hours until the red light turns green then means charging is complete. 2. Need press the Clearing 0 button for 3 seconds to be effective. Note: You can only use matching power charger for charging, the power charger sold in the market can not be used on the inclinometer.

4 Measurement Direction The inclinometer need remain parallel with the direction to be measured, then can reading until the stabilization of the measured object. 1) please follow the correct way to install the digital inclinometer, incorrect installation can cause measurement errors ; 2)The digital inclinometer mounting surface and the measured surface must be fixed closely, smoothly, stability,if mounting surface uneven likely to cause the sensor to measure the angle error. 2) The digital inclinometer axis and the measured axis must be parallel,the two axes do not produce the angle as much as possible. Other functions : 1) The product can be installed by screws or the magnets absorb mounting measurement; 2) This Product can also be internally powered or external power supply, the internal power supply is integrated rechargeable lithium batteries, if power-off then can be charged. The external power supply is DC 12V. 3) The product can output angle data communication with PC, through the RION software can save the data record analysis. 4) DMI600 also can display the angle through connect with another one Rion s brand external tilt sensor by a cable, remote control monitoring angle data.
