6 Custom Company Switches & Power Distribution Units 100A-1600A In addition to standard company switches, ESL manufactures a variety of custom stage power distribution units for theaters, concert halls, and other entertainment venues. When it comes to outfitting new or renovated facilities, ESL s engineering team excels in designing unique electrical stage power equipment that meets customer needs. Some examples of custom set stage assemblies include: Flush Mount Flush mount (recessed mount) company switches protrude less than 1/4 from a finished wall surface and are well suited for narrow passageways and other tight spaces. Item No: Dual Chamber (Cam-style/Bare Wire) Dual chamber company switches include separate internal chambers to provide the flexibility to connect via cam-style receptacles or make a direct connection with bare wire in the event of incompatible male plugs. Item No: B Combo Units Combination company switches provide the flexibility for multiple units to be housed in one enclosure with a main circuit breaker feeding the individual company switches. In addition to ease of installation, this design eliminates the need to run multiple conduits to individual company switches. Item No: A

7 Custom Company Switches & Power Distribution Units Concert Power Distribution Boards Multi-gang, free standing company switches allow for flexibility of positioning in open areas or locations lacking structural wall support. A main circuit breaker can also be included to provide a convenient power disconnect for added safety measure. Item No: A Outdoors Outdoor company switch assemblies are weatherproof and built to Type 4X standards, but are rated Type 3R due to cable openings in the bottom. Enclosures can also be manufactured in stainless steel for increased outdoor durability and corrosion resistance. Item No: R Pin & Sleeve Pin & Sleeve company switches are safety-interlocked and equipped with an IEC style receptacle, a circuit breaker, faceplate indicator lights, and a lockout device. In addition to a compact footprint, pin & sleeve company switches can be manufactured in a Type 4X enclosure. Once a plug is properly mated, the connection is watertight. Item No: B
