3 1 General Introduction USER MANUAL This converter is a universal RS232/RS-485 converter or USB/RS-485 converter, compatible with RS232, RS-485; USB, RS-485 standard, the ability to single-end RS232 or USB signals into balanced differential RS -485 signal, providing surge protection for each power line, and surge voltage generated on the connected wires and a very small capacitance between the RS-485 interface to ensure high-speed transmission, RS-232 via DB9 female connector and compatible with standard RS-232 interface, RS-485 DB9 male end through the connector.
