5 Required Tools ASSEMBLY and INSTALLATION INSPECT THE MOUNT BEFORE ASSEMBLY 1. Carefully inspect/verify that all components are present. 2. If the mount/components are damaged or missing, please contact the company/seller of the product you purchased and report the issue. Note: Read all assembly instructions before staring the installation process. Page 5

6 Step 1 Installation of Base Stand Using improper screws or screw size may damage your display. If spacers are required, be sure to use correct size of screws. Proper screws will easily and completely thread into the display mounting holes. Inadequate thread engagement in the display may cause display to fall. Note: It is installer s responsibility to make sure the desktop structure to which this product is attached can support the combined weight of all components Installation of Base Stand 1. Detach Base Cover from Base (2) as shown. (See Figure 1-1) Figure Attach the Upright Pole (5) to the Base (2). Turn and tighten by hand so the Upright Pole assembly is firmly in place. Once you and the Upright Pole are in position, proceed to tighten the Hex Screws M6x5mm using Allen Wrench 3mm (14) provided to secure the Upright Pole. (See Figure 1-2) Figure 1-2 Page 6

7 3. Feed the cables through the Cover. Place the Cover over Upright Pole (5) and cables should be completely inserted through the mounting surface as shown. (See Figure 1-3) Ensure to leave enough slack in the cables to allow for movement of the monitors. Figure 1-3 Page 7

8 Step 2 Horizontal Crossbar Assembly Horizontal Crossbar Assembly 1.To place the Adjustable Lock Collar (4). You will need to loosen the Collar position at desired height. Tighten by hand so the Adjustable Lock Collar assembly is firmly in place (See Figure 2-1) Figure Proceed to attach the Horizontal Crossbar (6) by insert it downward from the top of the assembly Upright Pole (5). (See Figure 2-2) Figure Once you have determined the mounting height. Ensure that the Horizontal Crossbar is aligned. Thread the Knob by hand (15) in till the Horizontal Crossbar assembly is firmly in place. (See Figure 2-3) Figure 2-3 Page 8

9 4. Detach Horizontal Crossbar Cover from Horizontal Crossbar (6) as shown. (See Figure 2-4) Figure Feed the cables into cable slot on the Horizontal Crossbar as shown. (See Figure 2-5) Figure 2-5 Page 9

Exceeding weight capacities can result in severe personal injury or damage to equipment. Attaching Mount Bracket to Display Monitors 1. Ensure Mount Bracket (1) assembly is able to swivel and tilt easily. (See Figure 3-1) Figure Carefully place the display face down on protective surface (See Figure 3-2) Figure 3-2 Page 10

11 3. Place the Mount Bracket (1) on the back of display, follow by position and orient the mounting holes so that the mounting holes on the Mount Bracket and display mounting holes are aligned. 4. Use Spacer (8) for recessed mounting hole. Attaching the Mount Bracket (1) to the display monitor and determine the diameter of the Screws (10,12), you requires by hand threading them through the Mount Bracket holes, corresponding with Spacer (8) and finally into the back of the monitor. (See Figure 3-3) Figure Proceed to tighten with Philips Screwdriver. Stop immediately if you encounter any resistance. (See Figure 3-4) Figure 3-4 Page 11

12 Step 4 Attach your Display Exercise caution when attaching or removing the display monitor to avoid personal injury or damage to equipment. Disconnect power before removing the display monitor. Attaching Display attached 1. Hang and place display attached on the Horizontal Crossbar assembly by hooking the hooks of the Mount Bracket (1) over the top of the Horizontal Crossbar (6) (See Figure 4-1) Figure Once you have the display attached in place, proceed to tighten the Knobs (3) so that the display attached is firmly in place. To adjust the display attached, loosen the Knob (3) on Mount Bracket (1) then adjust the display attached to desired location. (See Figure 4-2 and 4-3) Figure 4-2 Page 12

14 Step 5 Cable Management Ensure to leave enough slack in the cables to allow movement of the display monitors Exercise caution when attaching or removing the display monitor to avoid personal injury or damage to equipment. Disconnect power before removing the display monitor. 1. Attach cables to pole and ensure enough slack is left in the cables to allow for movement. Use the supplied Cable Clip (7) to secure cables to the pole. (See Figure 5-1) Figure 5-1 Page 14

15 Step 6 Adjusting Display Monitor Forced movement of the Mount Bracket without loosening the screws will damage Mount Bracket assembly or display monitor. Adjusting the Mount Bracket Resistance 1. Product is designed to control the resistance in the Mount Bracket (1). To suit your display swing side to side of 15 degree and tilt forward and backward of +/- 40 degree. It is possible to control the amount of resistance in Mount Bracket (1). (See Figure 6-1) Figure Referring to the weight of the display monitor. If the Mount Bracket tends to automatically fall, it may be required to adjust the Mount Bracket joint to suit your display monitor tilt position of forward and backward of 40 degree. To increase the resistant of the Mount Bracket (1) adjust the M5x15mm Tension Hex Socket Cap Screw located around the Mount Bracket Joint using the supplied Allen Wrench 4mm (13). (See Figure 6-2) Figure 6-2 Page 15

16 3. When adjusting your display monitor to level position, adjust the control hex screw M5x10mm using Allen Wrench 4mm (13) supplied as shown. It features 3mm of height adjustment. (See Figure 6-3) Figure This product is engineered and designed to adjust quickly and easily according to your needs. To adjust the height, loosen Adjustable Lock Collar (4) and raise or lower the on Upright Pole (5) to achieve your desired position. (See Figure 6-4) Figure Lateral adjusts of display monitors. Loosen knob and position your display monitor as shown. Once the display monitors is in desired position, retighten all knobs. (See Figure 6-5) Figure 6-5 Page 16
