Technical experts will be on hand providing workshops in the Learning Zone for standards advice and best practice guidance. CANCELLATION DEFINITIONS EVENT: The Organiser may at its absolute discretion accept or refuse the Exhibitor s application for stand space. Should it be deemed necessary, the Organiser may alter at its sole discretion, (i) the location, (ii) the opening hours, (iii) the date on which the Event is to be held, (iv) the stand space allocated to the Exhibitor and its location, (v) the layout of the Event generally, (vi) the entrances and exits from the Event, (vii) any technical or administrative details in respect of the Event. In such circumstances the Organiser will use reasonable endeavours to notify the Exhibitor of any changes or alterations.

8 Exhibitor Contract 2014 EXHIBITOR CONTRACT a pro rata reduction in fees or part of them to compensate the Exhibitor for any material losses. This remedy shall be at the Organiser s sole discretion and limited to no more than the total fees paid by the Exhibitor. (ii) The Exhibitor fails to arrange and demonstrate adequate insurance cover for the duration of the Event. (iii) Payment of full fees is not made by the Exhibitor. (iv) The Exhibitor ceases to carry on business, becomes insolvent or enters into or is subject to any form of winding up order, or legal process.
