5 Our experience. Client: NBN Co. Delivered three fibre to the premises (FTTP) turnkey construction projects for NBN Co in the Blacktown area of Sydney. Scope for all three projects included up to 10km of underground civil construction (trenching and drilling), 300km of fibre cable hauling, multiports, splicing and testing, and home connections. Approximately 279 pits and 20.5 km of conduit (trench and drill) installed. Client: Vodafone/ TasNetworks Worked on the Vodafone network extension, on behalf of TasNetworks in Kingston. Scope of works included all civil construction, and a combination of open trenching and directional drilling. Client: AARNet AARNet is widely regarded as the founder of the Internet in Australia and renowned as the architect, builder and operator of world-class network infrastructure for research and education. Zinfra delivered 29 km of new conduit installation and fibre haul and installed approximately 120 pits for this client. In a separate project, 200m of new conduit, fibre haul and pit installation was installed in The Chris O Brien Lifehouse, a hospital, while under construction. Client: Optus Zinfra was an Optus-accredited service provider on both the Customer Provisioning and Fixed Core Engineering Panel from Works included laying fibre optic cable and fibre splicing. Client: TasNetworks This project involved a network extension for University of Tasmania, Burnie. The architecture consisted of open trenching, directional drilling, aerial construction and technical termination and characterisation. Client: Sky Communications/ Visionstream Our Zinfra team of core hard graft riggers, with extensive transmission lines knowledge and skills, worked as two man teams to rig and install repeater sub frames onto the existing AusNet Services lattice structures. Client: Optus Zinfra delivered turnkey construction work for Optus in Sydney connecting businesses to the Optus network. This included underground civil works, cable hauling, equipment installation, splicing and testing.
