3 AO - 01 Configuration for automating IT operations This configuration can be used to automate the day-to-day IT operations of cloud environments, data centers, and systems within companies. Operations can be automated without the use of agents. Because this configuration also supports devices that connect via Telnet or SSH, you can also automate operations to be performed on network devices. 4 NP - 01 Configuration for visualizing and sharing operational procedures This configuration allows users to use web browsers to visualize and share operational procedures and expertise in order to standardize and improve IT operations. In addition to viewing operational procedures, users can also create and edit those procedures from their web browsers. In JP1/Navigation Platform, users can view information from other systems, follow the displayed instructions to perform various operations, and record the results of such operations in other systems.
