19 Summary Needs for strong government support varies from country to country. Countries with relatively small domestic market with few utilities have strong tie with the government. For such cases consistent commercial and government approaches will be effective. Countries with little or no nuclear operation experience needs to develop general infrastructure. For such cases general government support will be effective. To expedite the early stage marketing activities and communications, faster track to process international agreement will be effective. 19/19
