6 VISION 21: TRIBAL VICTIM SERVICES RESOURCE MAPPING TOOL The Office for Victims of Crime of the U.S. Department of Justice has funded the project team to create a web-based resource mapping tool that would: Link AI/AN survivors of crime and abuse to services anywhere in the country; and Help identify gaps in the network of existing services

8 TOOL UPDATES Project newsletter was released Summary of notes from Stakeholder Meeting held at INC was sent to all of you Used input gathered over the course of the year to develop the following: Provider Survey Questions and Data Collection Fields Program Inclusion Criteria and Guidelines

9 PROVIDER SURVEY QUESTIONS AND DATA COLLECTION FIELDS Defines and outlines data collection points captured via survey for inclusion in the Tribal Resource Mapping Tool Developed from the input of tribal stakeholders during the first year of the grant project. Over 100 stakeholders engaged Stakeholders offered ideas through web-meetings, in-person meetings, and/or focus groups Survey includes a Tribal Specific Services Questionnaire

10 PROGRAM INCLUSION CRITERIA AND GUIDELINES Answers the following questions for organizations/agencies seeking inclusion in the online Tribal Resource Mapping Tool: Who is eligible for inclusion? What is the minimum inclusion criteria? What are the responsibilities of a service provider? How are organizational records kept private? What are the quality assurance methods? Plans for providing feedback to the Tribal Resource Mapping Tool

11 KEY STAKEHOLDER FEEDBACK FORM Gives Key Stakeholders the opportunity to review and offer any final input on the following : Provider Survey Questions and Data Collection Fields Provider Inclusion Criteria and Guidelines Name of the Tribal Resource Mapping Tool We estimate it takes around an hour to complete Complete and submit no later than Friday, April 14th by 5:00 PM EST Contact Samantha Wauls, Project Coordinator at the National Center for Victims of Crime, if you require any kind of assistance in filling out this form
