6 Big data analytics Rock solid security and encryption matters. Whether valuable financial or intellectual property, or customer or employee information, it is critical to ensure the privacy of stored data and protect the organization from liability and loss. 9 Virtualized computing Server virtualization has become the norm in data centers for its higher utilization of compute resources and greater flexibility in placing and moving applications. Virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) is also growing because it is much easier to administer than physical desktops.
