2 EU-CHINA Business and Technology Cooperation Fair Title of the presentation Date # Introduction The EU-China Business & Technology Cooperation Fair is a great international technology event supported by China Ministry of Commerce and European Commission. Established in 2002, it has been one of the most important platform or investment, trading and technology cooperation between China and European enterprises with most EU members and highest interactive of European enterprises. It also acts as a bridge and window to promote the Chinese business to European market and as a platform for diplomatic, cooperation of tech, economy and trading, and investment promotion between China and EU members.
3 EU-CHINA Business and Technology Cooperation Fair Title of the presentation Date # Review It has been held for 10 editions successfully since representatives from 28 EU members 4800 representatives from China business matchmaking meetings, 30% reached cooperative target 10+ EU commercial association and government body established agency or representatives in Chengdu and 40+ EU enterprises settled office here. More than 60 enterprises from 11 European countries attended EU-China Business & Technology Cooperation Fair in Qingdao in Qingdao local companies participated in this business matchmaking meeting and successfully made 71 project cooperation.

5 EU-CHINA (Qingdao) Business and Technology Cooperation Fair EU-CN BTCF Main Activities Activity 1: EU-CN Oceanographic Technology Summit Theme: Reinforcing Innovation and Scientific Research Cooperation of EU-CN Oceanographic Industry Introduction: We organize speeches and interactive communication to discuss innovative policies, operating system, coordinative mechanism, scientific research project and achievements for the cooperation of EU-CN oceanographic development and utilization. It will highlight Qingdao prominent role as a bridgehead in building 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road to promote the international development of Blue Economy.
6 EU-CHINA (Qingdao) Business and Technology Cooperation Fair Activity 2: EU-CN New Energy and Environmental Protection Industry Cooperation Forum We will organize speech and interactive communication with EU senior officers, authoritative expert, well-known enterprise delegation in environmental protection industry and related authority, institution, company representative in China and Qingdao local area to investigate the new energy development, power-saving and environment-protection, resource intensive utilization, circular economy development, promotion of advanced technology for clean production and ultra-clean emission, low-carbon city construction etc.
