It generates salary sheet of all employee s (about 3,000) of PGC and Bank advice to transfer employee salary to their bank accounts. 5 makeup classes, held classes and keep track of labs classes taken by the teacher by entering data regularly. There is another level of access to staff members which relates to the accounts of the students. At this access level the user has access to manage students accounts information i.e. Issuance of challan form for fee, Make Installment, Issuance of Installment challan form, manage discounts, update status of the students who have paid fee, view reports of fee paid students, defaulter students who have not paid fee till the dead line. View different types of reports related to accounts i.e. how many students have paid fee till given date, how many students have got discount, percentages of different types of discounts i.e. kinship/merit scholarship, comparison of accounts information with the previous semesters. FIT Faculty Information System It is an online application in which Oracle 10g is used as Database, for online asp is used which provide online access to faculty, they can view their time table, student s attendance record, student s transcript and can get their assessments sheets for sessional, midterm and final examinations. Faculty can also enter sessional, midterm and final marks online, which students can see online from their site, faculty can also view entered data for verification and for other purposes. Faculty can also manage their availability on the web site, can manage their own site i.e. their personal Information, and upload pictures, assignments and resumes. Faculty can also display notices for the students on web site. UCP Personnel Management System It is the Desktop application, which manages the data of employees for the purpose of daily reports of faculty and staff according to the requirements of executives.
