Involves interoperability professionals from all over Europe, and even outside of Europe. Funded by the ISA Programme. 5

11 Proposing your repository In the Interoperability solutions section, click on Propose your and then Federated repository Once you have proposed your repository, it first needs to be approved by the moderators 11

12 Adding interoperability solutions using the form You can add your interoperability solutions using the form available on Joinup. If you are a solution owner, you can add your solutions directly to the catalogue on Joinup. If you are a repository owner and you have created your repository on Joinup, you can directly add your solutions to your repository. 12

13 Adding interoperability solutions using the bulk import functionality Using the form for adding your solutions metadata descriptions can be convenient if you have only a few solutions to catalogue on Joinup. For a higher number of solutions, you may want to use the bulk import functionality of Joinup. Note that the file used for the bulk import and including your solutions metadata descriptions have to be in a RDF format compliant to ADMS-AP See how to generate ADMS-AP RDF file with Open Refine See how to cleanse RDF file with SPARQL 13

14 Bulk import of your solutions metadata descriptions Once you have prepared the RDF file containing the ADMS-APcompliant metadata descriptions of your solutions, you can start bulk importing it. On your repository page click on the button Upload metadata For more details about the import capability mport_and_export.pptx 14

15 Bulk import of your solutions metadata descriptions Once you have uploaded the file, you can check if the file as been validated as fully compliant with ADMS-AP or if there are inconsistencies that need to be fixed. For more details about the import capability mport_and_export.pptx 15

16 Edit or delete your solutions on Joinup Once your solutions are catalogued on Joinup, you can still easily edit or even delete them.
