5 1. INTRODUCTION These are the release notes for GBB (WA) 1.11 (Build 345). This release addresses important issues described in sections below. 2. RESOLVED ISSUES Reference Summary Details GISP-1008 Clarification of error message in Registration > Capacities menu. When a user enters invalid information in the Registration > Capacity section of the GBB(WA), the error message now displays on a new line for improved readability. For example, Enter a future Gas day when an invalid date is entered now appears below the date fields rather than beside. GISP-938 Updates Terms of Use information. GISP-808 Removal of the Disclaimer information. When a user clicks on the Terms of Use link at the bottom of the GBB(WA) website, a Terms of Use window appears over the top of the current webpage and displays the Gas Bulletin Board WA (GBB) User Agreement. Rather than being required to click Accept or Decline, the user now only has the option to click Close. In addition, if a user instead opens the Terms of Use link in a new tab within the browser, the information will now be displayed correctly instead of displaying a blank webpage. The Disclaimer link and the Terms of Use link on the GBB(WA) were referring to the same information which is known as the Gas Bulletin Board WA (GBB) User Agreement. To avoid duplication and confusion, the Disclaimer link has been removed and has been replaced by the existing Terms of Use information. GISP-805 GISP-1018 GISP-972 Clarification of message in Registration > Facilities > Connections screen. Updates to AEMO s Market Operations System Monitoring Interface (MOSMI) following the release of RCM 1.9. Updates to schedule the MOSMI alerts for missed GSI submissions to an earlier time. When a user enters revised information in the Registration > Facilities > Connections section of the GBB(WA), the confirmation message now displays with the correct spaces between each word for improved readability. MOSMI performs daily checks to ensure Market Participants have submitted the required information in the GBB(WA) in accordance with their obligations outlined in Part 3 of the GSI Rules, and alerts the AEMO Duty Operator when an obligation is not met. Some of the application properties have internal dependencies on other AEMO systems and needed to be reinstated following the release of RCM 1.9. MOSMI performs daily checks to ensure Market Participants have submitted the required information in the GBB(WA) in accordance with their obligations outlined in Part 3 of the GSI Rules, and alerts the AEMO Duty Operator when an obligation is not met. The alerts have been scheduled to run earlier to allow the AEMO Duty Operator sufficient time to contact the Market Participant and advise that the deadline for their submission is approaching.
