Zdzisław Dziurkowski and Jerzy Rott are entered into The Central Registration and Information on Economic Activity of the Republic of Poland maintained by the minister for economy under the following numbers NIP [tax identification number] , REGON [national statistical business entity number] and NIP [tax identification number] , REGON [national statistical business entity number] hereinafter referred to as "the Administrator" and at the same time being the Service Provider of the Online Store and the Seller Personal data of the Service Recipient (Customer) is processed in accordance with the personal data protection act of 29 August 1997 (Dz. U. [Journal of Laws] No 133, it. 883 as amended) and the act on electronic services of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws No 144, it as amended).

The Administrator shall exercise utmost care in order to protect the interests of the persons who the data is related to, and, in particular, guarantees that the data collected is processed in accordance with the law; collected for identified, legitimate purposes and not further processed contrary to these purposes; substantially correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which it is processed and stored in the form which permits identification of the persons it relates to, for no longer than it is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing Any words, phrases and acronyms appearing on this page and starting with a capital letter (e.g. Seller, Online Store, Electronic Service) shall be construed in accordance with their definitions included in the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Online Store available at: 2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION 2.1. In the case of the Service Recipients (Customers) that are not consumers at the same time the Administrator in addition processes the company name and tax identification number (NIP) Providing personal data referred to in it is necessary for the provision of Electronic Services by the Service Provider as part of the Online Store or the conclusion of the Agreement for the Sale of the Products. Each time the scope of the required data is indicated in the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Online Store and before the provision of a particular Electronic Service or the conclusion of the Sale Agreement on the website of the Internet Store. 3. OPERATIONAL DATA 3.1. The Service Provider also processes anonymised operational data (the so-called logs - IP address, domain) to generate statistics facilitating the administration of the Online Store. These data are cumulative and anonymous i.e. they do not contain characteristics identifying visitors to the website of the Online Store. Logs are not disclosed to third parties. 4. BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING 4.1.

4 Personal data is provided voluntarily by the Service Recipient/Customer, however, failure to provide personal data indicated in the Terms and Conditions of Use which are necessary for the conclusion of the Sale Agreement or the agreement for the provision of Electronic Services results in the refusal to conclude the agreement. The data necessary for the conclusion of the Sale Agreement or the agreement for the provision of Electronic Services are also in each instance indicated on the website of the Online Store The basis for the processing of personal data of the Service Recipient/Customer is the necessity to perform the agreement, to which the Service Recipient/Customer is a party or to take action on their request before its conclusion. 5. CONTROL OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA AND THE RIGHT TO CORRECT IT 5.1. The Service Recipient has the right to access their personal data and to correct it Any person shall have the right to control the processing of the data relating to them, contained in the Administrator's data set, and, in particular, the right to: request additions, updates, rectification of personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or deletion of them if they are incomplete, no longer up-to-date, inaccurate or have been collected in violation of the law or are no longer useful to carry out the purpose for which they have been collected In the case of the processing of data for the purpose of direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services, the person who the data relates to is also entitled to lodge a written, justified request to cease the processing of their data because of their particular situation and to object to the processing of their data.

In order to exercise the rights referred to above, options available within the Account can be used or a relevant message can be sent at: primatech@op.pl or in writing at the Administrator's address. 6. FINAL PROVISIONS 6.1. The Online Store may contain links to other websites. The Administrator recommends that before going to other websites users become acquainted with a privacy policy established there. This privacy policy applies only to this Online Store The Administrator applies technical and organisational measures ensuring the protection of the processed personal data relevant to the risks and categories of protected data and, in particular, protects the data against their disclosure to unauthorized parties, interception by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of the legal provisions in force and the alteration, loss, damage, or destruction The Service Provider enables access to the following technical measures preventing the acquisition and modification by unauthorized persons of personal data sent electronically: Securing the data set against unauthorized access Access to an account only after typing in a personal login and password.
