Orders received after the cut-off date: Will still be accepted. May not be delivered prior to the start of Term Will be packed in a box and delivered to your nominated daytime delivery address where a signature will be required unless you provide an authority to leave. 5 The entire booklist must be provided on the first day of school, with all items clearly labelled with your child s name. The items are safely stored and provided to your child as needed. All quantities are to start the year. Students may require additional consumables, such as pencils, erasers, rulers and glue sticks, during the year. It is the parent s responsibility to provide additional consumables when notified by the class teacher. Parents are reminded that they also need to either join the school s Student Resource Scheme or provide additional individually labelled items each term such as art/craft supplies, logins for our online programs, additional photocopying paper, chart paper, science resources, technology items. The Student Resource Scheme is $80 and also enables your child to be registered for Mathletics and Literacy Planet. Subscriptions for 12 months to be paid at the Humpybong State School office before February 28 to receive a $5 discount. Parents must either pay the SRS or provide the additional supplies for students to engage in extracurricular activities. Page 5 of 5
