2 Access URL Copy and past the following URL in your browser (direct click sometimes does not work) NEW_SESSION=TRUE&NAVIGATOR_RESET=TRUE Registration and passwords Once in the application page, you have to register and obtain a User ID and Password. During your first access, click on Register Start filling the required fields. The Fiscal Code (Codice Fiscale) is a unique code identifying each single person. It is issued by the Tax office in Italy. You will receive your official Fiscal Code once in Italy. Since the Fiscal Code can be calculated with your personal data (name, surname, birth date etc) the registration system produces a provisional Fiscal Code for your application. This code IS NOT the official one and has no legal validity. It s just needed for your application. So select no and proceed with your data in order to calculate your Fiscal Code If you already have an official Italian Fiscal Code, then proceed with yes and fill the required boxes.

3 Fill the required information in order to calculate your provisional Fiscal Code and click next. Fill the following required fields (citizenship, country of domicile, city of domicile) Fill the data regarding your permanent address (the official one). In choosing it, select FOREIGN TOWN from the drop down menu and then continue filling your domicile city in the following box.

4 Note: when filling phone numbers the international code is accepted only with 00 and not with + Ex: 0091 correct +91 incorrect If you have indicated that you have another address which is different from the permanent and official one (ex if you live in Italy, but you are a foreign citizen), fill the correspondent boxes. Once provided the basic personal information you have to provide a User ID and a Password. It will be needed both during your application process to upload your documents, to check the status of your selection, and, once accepted, to do your official registration. IMPORTANT NOTE: always keep your user and PWD. The system has no automatic PWD retrieval possibility. If you have lost your user ID and PWD, ask your University contact to re send it directly to you.

Start from Step 1. The Registration menu will be used only once you have been admitted to the Master- Step 1 Insert your CV Graduation, Academic career, professional career, languages, skills etc. If you graduated outside Italy - indicate Laurea Estera (foreign Degree) in the type of Degree dropdown menu; - indicate UNIVERSITA STRANIERA (foreign University) in the University drop down menu

6 While inserting your professional experiences, the latest job position (even if still ongoing) requires a numeric date. You cannot fill ( up to present or similar), nor can you leave it black. So just indicate the date you are filling the application. Step 2 Choose your master After providing your essential CV data, you have to choose the master you want to apply for. Select first the Campus and the name of the master from the dropdown menus.

7 Step 3 Download and Print the application form In order to print the application form you have to download and save it first. Click on the Print button and select the option Save from the box that opens right after Once saved the file (called ControlServlet ), open it by double-clicking on the icon and attributing a pdf reader program (ie Acrobat reader) to open it. Acrobat Reader will open the PDF that you can print or save as PDF file. Step 4 Pay the admission fee Some Masters require an admission fee (not the MBA). The system will tell you automatically that the fee is not due, so you don t need to choose any payment option.

8 Track the status of your application and upload your documents Step 6 Track your application Once logged on, select the master you have applied for. You can - see if the documents you have sent have been examined. - track the status of you application - Upload (new) documents
