1 1 APPLICATION GUIDELINE: Academic year 2020/2021 SECOND STEP On-line registration and ADMISSION TEST in Master's Degree courses taught in English at the University of Bergamo for NON EU students Once you have done the on-line registration on the UNIBG PORTAL, you can apply for the admission test. NOTE: Students can pre-apply only for two Master s degree courses among these: MD Business Administration, Professional and Managerial Accounting - curriculum in Accounting, Accountability and Governance (AAG) MD Clinical Psychology for Individuals, Families and Organizations MD Economics and Data Analysis MD Intercultural Studies in Languages and Literatures MD Management Engineering MD Engineering and management for Health MD International Management, Entrepreneurship and Finance (IMEF) - curriculum in Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Social Change (MEMS) - curriculum in Management and Finance for International Markets (MAFIM) MD Planning and Management of Tourism Systems (PMTS) MD Mechanical Engineering - curriculum Smart Technology Engineering (STE) For further information, please write to noeu.preadmission@unibg.it

3 3 2- Click Login : To reach your application page, please click on Login

4 4 3 Write your ID and Password and click OK. Check again this screenshot

5 5 4- After Reaching registered Users Area, Click on Menu 5 - Click on Registrar s Office

6 6 6- Click on Admission Test : After opening the page given below, click on Admission Test

7 7 7- Click on Master s Degree two years section, then click on Next :

8 8 8- Click on Pre-Admission for Non-EU students, then click on Next : 9- Click on Confirm and Proceed

9 9 10- Click on Submit New Identity Document After submitting your Passport image (scanned version), click next Important: If you did not fill in any identity documents click Submit a new identity document during the Registration procedure (Step One), then click Next. Otherwise, if you have already entered your personal details, click Next

10 Select the department(s) you would like to apply, then click Next : (Important: Applicants can apply mostly 2 different programs)

11 In case you need assistance because of invalidity, fill in this page. If not check no and click Next :

12 Verify all the information entered in previous pages, then click confirm and proceed if everything is correct:

13 Insert all required documents about your degree to this page, after uploading your documents click on proceed. Important: Options 1,2,3,4 and 5 should be inserted by people who have an Italian Degree. NOTE: Those who have a foreign Degree must select Option 6.

14 14 High School (Secondary Education Degree): All the students have to fill this part. The students who don t have Italian High School Degree should follow the steps below:

15 15 IMPORTANT: OPTION 6: Only students having Foreign University Degree. Fill in all fields (University is not needed) and then click Proceed

16 Tick Yes in order to attach compulsory file/document listed below which contribute to the evaluation (for compulsory document see the checklist). At the end click Next. Certificates in the list showed with 1 are compulsory; if you do not upload those 5 compulsory certificates, you cannot complete the application. To upload each document, click yes and then next

17 Here we show you how to attach the documents. Please note: if you choose two Master s degree courses please upload two APPLICATION FORMS: one for each Master s degree course. 1 st: Choose the type of document 2 nd : Write the title of it (For ex. Copy of your academic qualification (BA diploma)) 3 rd : Write a small description (For ex: NAME/SURNAME-XX University BA DIPLOMA) 4 th : Click Sfoglia to add attachment (pdf of the document) 5 th : Click on next Important: Follow the same procedure to upload further documents and certificates.

18 Once you have attached all the relevant documents, tick No and then click Next.

19 In order to confirm the file, you attached in the previous pages click Next. If it is necessary to add further document or to modify something click Back

20 Now click Complete the access to the test or back if you need to modify something.

21 Check your details carefully. Your process registration for the pre-evaluation has been successfully completed. If you need to modify some details Click Edit registration. Click on the botton STAMP on your keyboard and paste in a word file in order to save a copy of Test Registration Summary. You will not receive a confirmation . TEST REGISTRATION SUMMARY is your RECEIPT.

22 22 IMPORTANT NOTICES IN CASE YOU NEED TO EDIT YOUR APPLICATION: You can check your registration details whenever your login by clicking on Admission Tests. After the deadline you can t modify or upload any files. OTHER ISSUES TO CONSIDER: Please REMEMBER YOUR PRE-MATRICOLA NUMBER (Note the number given by the system). The results will be published with your numbers not by your names. DO NOT PAY THE PRE-EVALUATION FEE BEFORE RESULTS ARE ANNOUNCED (Only admitted candidates are required to pay the pre-enrollment fee: 52,00 ) Do not submit any documents to Students office by or by post. All application process is done in online platform. Only the candidates of the first call can send the declaration of value by to noeu.preadmission@unibg.it within the announced period. If you forgot your password and can t have access to the used in the registration process, click on Forgotten password, in the upper left corner of the registration page. Then, insert at least one of the three required credentials: ID User, Tax Code ( Nome Utente, Codice Fiscale, (Please note tax code is automatically generated during the registration process; at the moment you don t have student ID).
