Refreshments will be served. Membership Renewal Policy for Dorval Residents Please Read Carefully Complete the attached application form and return it to the SDCC or SACC (Surrey) with a cheque for $10.00 if you wish to receive bulletins by regular mail or $5.00 if you wish to receive bulletins by , payable to Club Dorval 55+ Voyageurs, or bring them to the Annual General Meeting on November 22, The fee covers a single person, a couple or two persons, aged 55 or over, living permanently at the same address. Residents who would like to become a member of the club for the first time may purchase their membership at the Annual General Meeting, Thursday, November 22, 2018, at Sarto Desnoyers Community Centre. They may also pick up a membership form at either community centre (or download it online) and return it with a cheque in an envelope, addressed to the club. Returning and new non-residents may complete the attached application form and return it to the SDCC or SACC (Surrey) with a cheque of $20.00, payable to Club Dorval 55+ Voyageurs. The fee covers a single person, a couple or two persons, aged 55 or over, permanently living at the same address. PLEASE NOTE: We do not issue numbers or membership cards. The membership quota for non-residents is to a maximum of 20% of the total membership; therefore all non-residents will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis in relation to the number of residents registered at the time. Non-residents, who have submitted their applications, will be contacted if and when there is space. We don't know all of our members. Is there someone out there who loves to travel and would like to join our great Board of Directors? The only criteria are that you are a member in good standing. This applies to non-resident members as well. We are permitted to have two non-resident board members in positions other than President, Vice-President or Treasurer. You may nominate yourself or a friend. We are seeking one or more directors. So put on your "Thinking Caps" and let us know in one of the following ways: 1. 5 TRAVEL SUGGESTIONS FOR 2019 When travel lust (wanderlust or itchy feet) hits, think of your TRAVEL CLUB. Again this year, we would like your suggestions for travel ---Day trips --- Overnight trips --- Overseas trips and cruises. All suggestions are seriously considered. The only trip repeated on a yearly basis is The Upper Canada Playhouse, which usually has a waiting list. Bring your completed form to the Annual General Meeting and place it in the suggestion box on the front table. If you cannot attend, please drop off your suggestions at the Sarto Desnoyers or Surrey Community Centre.
