6 How does QiReport work? Providers have a unique version of QiRePort (different from CCME version) Recipient referral and assessment information organized around provider numbers PCS agency staff users linked to provider numbers

12 Getting started: Registering *Providers must be registered to use QiReport in order to receive referrals Once you have registered successfully, you will receive a confirmation from QiRePort
13 Getting Started: Logging In To QiRePort 1. Enter username and temporary password provided to you 2. On the first log-in, change your temporary password to one you select 3. Enter answers to three questions that can be asked if you forget your password

QiReport tracks the date of the referral and when a referral decision (accept or deny) is due from the provider (2 business days) Referrals without a provider response move to the recipient s next choice of provider after 2 days (to help reduce wait time for recipients)
