3 3 01. Main Menu and Basic Operation Check the latest news and notifications from the Fuji Internet Information Service. 1. Important Information Please check this when you log in. 2. Latest Information Members are informed of items such as periodic membership renewal. Click on a link in the list to display the related screen. 3. Log out To log out, click the [LOG OUT] icon. Be sure to log out when not using the system. 4. Home Click the [HOME] icon to return to the main menu. 5. Menu display Click the [MENU ON/OFF] icon to display or hide the main menu.

4 4 02. Menu The menu displays the functions that can be used. 1. The functions required are displayed in menu form at the left of the screen. Click the link to display the respective function screen.

5 5 03. Referencing and Changing Membership Information Membership information can be referenced and changed. Settings for occupation, identity check number, and "What's new mail can be changed here. Your information These can only be changed when renewing membership 2. Changing registration details Only the three items below can be changed. The other items can only be changed when renewing membership. Occupation Identity check number "What's new mail" After changing the registered settings, click [Update], and then [OK] in the confirmation dialog box.

6 6 04. Changing Your Address Change the registered address. Change address 2. Enter the new address, and click [Check]. 3. Check registration details When the [Check] button is clicked, the confirmation screen is displayed. Check the details, and then click [Send]. Click the [Edit] button to correct the entered data and return to the address change input screen. * After sending change details for the address, an identity check is sent to the new mail address. 4. Application Click the URL in the and check the details in the Change Address Application screen, and then click [Apply]. *Several days are required to check the application details. 7 7 05. Reissuing Passwords Change the password used when logging in. Reissue password 2. Enter your identity check number At the ID Loss Enquiry/ Password Re-issue Application screen, enter the identity check number that was specified when becoming a member, and click [Apply]. *Several days are required to check the application details. *If you have forgotten your identity check number, change the registration details at the Member Information Details screen. 3. Confirm reissued password By accessing the URL sent to you in the confirmation , check the new password at the New ID and Password screen. *You will not be able to view the ID and password again once you close this window. Be sure the store the member ID and password in a safe place.

8 8 06. Withdrawing Your Membership Apply to withdraw membership. Cancel membership 2. Cancel membership After selecting the reason for withdrawing membership, click [Withdraw membership], and then click [OK] in the confirmation dialog box. *When the system has completed the membership withdrawal, an notification is sent.

9 9 07. Inviting New Members (Guarantors) Invite people who wish to become members. Member Invitation End user *See the steps below 2. Invitation classification Ensure that the type of invitation is correct. 3. Enter the address, language, and Fuji agent of the person you wish to invite, and click [Send]. *An address that has already been registered cannot be used. 1.
