5 Report Computer Problems your service account: High school: Middle school: Elementary: Include the following information: Your name, school, and room number Brief description of the problem Include error messages if applicable Your computer workstation name Located on the label on the front of the CPU

6 Entering the DPS Network Press CTRL + ALT + DELETE At the AUP Acknowledgement screen, click OK You may need to Switch User, and then choose Other User Username: first initial + last name Example: Jfoley Default password: password Press Enter Note: Teachers please don t sign on to all classroom computers, allow students to sign on and use. 33 PowerTeacher Gradebook Run the Installer to get the Gradebook icon on your desktop at home or at school. These eliminates Java issues and makes accessing the Gradebook very easy. Follow steps. Access Gradebook Electronic grade book Training in September Question: How will you calculate grades? Categories (i.e. 50% tests, 20% quizzes, 30% homework) Total Points (all assignments under one category) Suggestion: speak with others at your school or in your department to determine the pros and cons of the two methods
