1 PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY (hereinafter the "Policy") COLEGIO DEL VALLE, SOCIEDAD ANONIMA, legal person card number: three-one hundred and one-zero nine six one six five- informs you that for the purposes of the provisions of the Law for the Protection of the Person against the processing of your personal data No (hereinafter, the "LPD") and its Regulations, the Responsible, domiciled in San José, Escazú, Guachipelin, of the former Multiplaza roundabout, 1.2 km northwest (hereinafter the "Responsible"), informs the user of the existence of a Database of Personal Character created by the Responsible, and called "BVS-PowerSchool" PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION The data provided by the interested party to the Responsible is collected to provide services, maintain contact, send informative pieces and organize all kinds of activities; all in accordance with the legislation concerning the right to informative self-determination valid in Costa Rica. DEFINITIONS All the terms that have particular meanings in this Policy are duly defined in the same document under the format: (definition of the term (hereinafter "(term)") OF THE USER'S IDENTITY, TRUTHFULNESS AND ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED You declare that all the information you enter in the Responsible system is true and accurate, and that it is your own personal data or is authorized by the interested party to whom it corresponds. Likewise, you assume the obligation to make the necessary

2 information updates to keep it accurate and exact at all times. In case of missing this obligation to update, the user exempts the Responsible from any legal consequence in terms of these elements of truthfulness and accuracy pertaining to the principle of quality of information established in national legislation. On the other hand, if the Responsible determines that you have entered information in a manner contrary to what is established in the previous paragraph, it will proceed immediately to eliminate it without being able to be held responsible for any negative consequences that this action may generate. OF THE QUALITY OF DATA AND REVOCATION OF CONSENT The information requested is adequate, pertinent and not excessive. However, the above, is totally voluntary for the user to provide the information or not, and in the case that consent has been given to proceed to treat their data, such consent may be revoked at any time. The interested party can go directly at the previously indicated address of the Responsible or sending a communication to the address mail@bluevalley.ed.cr OF THE COLLECTION OF OTHER INFORMATION Apart from the information you provide us, the Responsible informs you that another type of information shall be collected through access to public databases, in which case it will be used only for internal purposes, as well as information will be collected through the use of cookies on the website In virtue of the above, we inform you that you can prevent the Responsible from collecting your navigation information during the use of the Website, configuring your browser in a way that does not allow the use of "cookies" during your use of the Responsible website.

3 The Responsible will never ask for information of a financial type or identified as "sensitive" by the regulation of protection of the person against the processing of their personal data, therefore, we ask that if you receive a communication identified as the "Responsible" requesting this type of information, do not respond to that communication, proceed to eliminate it and communicate that event to the Responsible. CONSEQUENCES OF THE NEGATIVE TO SUPPLY DATA The consequence of not providing the data or denying consent at any time for its treatment, will be the impossibility for the Responsible to maintain contact with you for any desired purposes. OF THE RECIPIENTS OF INFORMATION At first, the Data of Interested people will not be communicated or transferred to other third parties, in case of an exceptional situation in which some data should be delivered by virtue of a legal order, it will be notified immediately. In all cases where a transfer is made and it is not by virtue of a legal order, the de consent will be requested. OF THE LEGAL AGE OF THE USER Due to the nature of the Responsible, minors' data will be included in the General database, therefore, if you are a minor, you agree to request the consent of your parents or guardians prior to the inclusion of any type of information in the data collection systems of the Responsible. Notwithstanding the previous regulation, minors are prohibited, even with the consent of their parents, to include any type of information that: (i) is considered sensitive data by the LPD, or (ii) personal data of their parents or guardians and that are not exclusively the contact information to verify the authorization mentioned in the previous paragraph.

4 OF THE RIGHTS THAT ASSIST YOU You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, modification, revocation or deletion to the processing of your personal data by writing a communication to the Responsible at the indicated physical address, or by contacting the following address mail@bluevalley.ed.cr OF SECURITY LEVELS The personal data of our users is stored in a database managed by the Responsible, which guarantees the appropriate technical and structural measures to assure the integrity and security of the personal information provided in accordance with the Personal Protection Law for the Treatment of Personal Data Number 8968 and its Regulation number JP published in La Gaceta No. 45 of March 5, 2013, without prejudice to inform you that the security measures in Internet are not infallible. REGARDING COMMUNICATIONS WITH USERS The processing of personal data and the sending of communications by electronic means, are in accordance with the regulations established in the LPD and its Regulations. At the time of including your information by any of the means that the Responsible puts at your disposal for this purpose, you authorize the Responsible to send you communications, however, you are guaranteed that in all electronic communications sent by the Responsible will be informed of your right to object to continue receiving communications. Notwithstanding the previous regulation, users can request to exclude themselves from this service by sending a written communication to the address previously indicated, or by contacting the following address: mail@bluevalley.ed.cr

5 APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION This Privacy and Data Protection Policy is governed by Costa Rican law. The parties submit to the administrative system, courts and tribunals of Costa Rica. All the actions of the Responsible or Users will be considered in Costa Rican territory for any legal effect. This Privacy and Data Protection Policy is governed and construed in accordance with Costa Rican legislation in any matters that are not expressly established. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY You accept this Policy by checking the box next to "I have read and accept the privacy and data protection policy", which is found on the data collection forms. Therefore, we recommend that the user reads this Policy carefully before checking the box mentioned above.
