2 ALPR-Catcher CHITA-ALPR License Plate Camera Color overview HD Analog Cameras are connected to DVR DVR Images are recorded to the DVR. Take a lot of time to search through hours of video to find the video clip of the vehicle and plate # DVR and ALPR Catcher are connected using an Ethernet cable. The DVR transcodes live images from camera to ALPR-RTSP box in real-time. ALPR Catcher is compatible with any RTSP or ONVIF device ALPR Catcher processes the images, captures license plates, OCR and save both the images and OCR results to an Internal memory or external USB drive. With a web browser, user can look at the results and images which are listed by date, time. For customer can also subscript Mission ALPR Cloud for advanced features like Gate Control, White/Black List, Amber, Silver and Blue Alert.

3 Standalone Operation vs Mission ALPR Cloud Service 1. ALPR-SOLO Standalone operation No Internet needed, no monthly fee. License plates are captured, processed, OCR and stored in ALPR-SOLO s internal storage. Customer review & retrieve information from ALPR-SOLO s internal storage. 2. ALPR-SOLO Mission ALPR Cloud operation 1. Each ALPR-SOLO must have internet access & subscript to Mission ALPR Cloud service*. 2. License plates are captured, processed, OCR and stored in ALPR-SOLO s internal storage, OCR results are pushed to Mission ALPR Cloud. 3. Mission ALPR Cloud pushes Amber, Silver, Blue to each device, customers get instant plate match alert & notifications. 4. Customers can create a Black and White list for Gate Control and blacklist notifications. 5. Customers use MissionALPR CMS software to search, review & retrieve information from all their devices from anywhere via the internet. 6. Mission ALPR Cloud Service health checks subscripted devices and sends notification in case of hardware and /or connectivity failure. 7. Mission ALPR monthly fee also provide extended equipment warranty on subscripted devices. * For customers who like to host their own private cloud, MissionALPR server is available for purchase.

11 DEMO LOGIN Server IP, username and password are already filled-in Click OK to connect. In this Demo, we have two devices listed on the left. The Green DOT shows the status of the devices, IP address, Temperature and time of last status update

12 LIVE Feed. Click on the button will pull Reading and Images from the MissionALP Cloud Service. This is a live demo, # of reading depends on actual traffic.

13 Search from Database Click on the will bring up search interface By Default, both devices are selected. Select the Date Range, you can do an exact search by put in the exact plate #. Or you can do wildcard search by adding * e.g. CM* will pull up any plate started with CM A list of matched plates will listed on the main page. Click on the item to see the actual image.

14 back to LIVE After you finish the search, click on button, erase the Wildcard Text and click OK before you click on the PLAY button. If you leave any input in this field, the LIVE display will only display new capture(s) match whatever you left in the Wildcard. This feature is useful when you are monitoring a live traffic and looking a subjected vehicle. Click on the button will pull Reading and Images from the MissionALPR Cloud Service. This is a live demo, # of reading depends on the actual traffic.
