1 Fall Fest 16 Waitlist Form Dear Organization Officers, As the beginning of the Fall semester is fast approaching it is time for your student organization to begin thinking about our annual Fall Fest 16 Event! Fall Fest 16 Fall Fest 16 will take place on September 6th, from 11:30-2:30 PM. Like last year, this will be an opportunity for student organizations to recruit new members and have fun. We are excited to announce the return of these additions to the event: Carnival Ride & Inflatable Fun Food Giveaways Live Performance, Street performers and did we forget to mention the event will be spread throughout multiple quads on campus!!! (Get Excited) Only recognized, fully registered Northeastern student organizations will be able to participate in this year's Fall Fest 16. Once all tables are filled, this registration form will turn into a waitlist. Please register early to guarantee your organization a spot! Also, only one confirmation will be sent to your organization a few weeks after the application period as ended (Aug 5th). This will contain information about where to check in and important information about the event. The event will take place from 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM on Tuesday, September 6, This event will be rain or shine if we have a case of extreme weather a decision will be made the morning of the event. The contact person listed above will be notified of the change if necessary. Table reservations will be released if your organization does not check in before 11:45 AM. Waitlist will be filled on a first come first bases, student organizations on the waitlist will be eligible for any unclaimed tables on the day of the event. Unclaimed tables will not be assigned to student orgs on the waitlist until 12 PM. Table assignments are made by the Center for Student Involvement, requests cannot be accommodated.
