3 Getting Started Dokmee Mobile is a convenient and fast way to access your Dokmee documents from your mobile device. With Dokmee Mobile you can easily connect to your Dokmee database to view, search, and upload files to existing file cabinets. Features: Always have access to your files, at any time, day or night Search for files within file cabinets and customize search fields for specific results Instantly view index fields, file information, file notes or versions on any file Upload files directly from your phone or camera to your file cabinets -3-

4 Login After launching the Dokmee app, users will be greeted by the login screen to connect to their Dokmee databases. Enter web address and credentials to login and begin using Dokmee Mobile. Previous URL entries are saved and can be accessed from the URL textbox. Host URL Enter web address to Dokmee database User Name Enter Dokmee login ID Password Enter Dokmee login password Signup Quickly sign up for a free Dokmee Cloud account (See Free Signup section for more details) Login Press Login button to connect to Dokmee database Remember Me On: Stores URL and User Name Off: Does not store URL and User Name Scan Press Scan button to access Scan Offline feature (See Scan section for more details) -4-

5 Free Signup After launching the Dokmee app, users will be greeted by the login screen to their Dokmee databases. Users are then able to press the Signup button to signup for a Dokmee Cloud account which is a free 2GB online storage. File Cabinet Name The File Cabinet Name must be filled out. The textbox will turn red with an error message "file cabinet name already taken" if the File Cabinet Name has been taken. First Name First Name must be filled out Last Name Last Name must be filled out must be filled out Confirm Confirmed must be filled out and match Register There will be a message upon successful registration And then, users can login and open their file cabinets Register button will be disabled if any of the fields above are incorrect * All the textboxs will turn red if users input invalid characters or format. -5-

6 File Cabinet Selection Once logged in, users can see their file cabinets along with the numbers of files and folders. Select File Cabinet Press a File Cabinet to view documents inside -6-

7 Access Files & Folders Within each File Cabinet, users can see all of their files and folders and a Recycle Bin. Select Recycle Bin Press the Recycle Bin to see what's been deleted Select a Folder Press a Folder to view the files and folders in side Go back to parent folder At any point, users can go back to the parent folder by pressing the Folder Name button located at the top-left corner -7-

8 Edit Files & Folders Upon entering the file cabinet you are able to see the list of files and folders to choose from. Edit a Folder Select a folder Press a folder and hold down A context menu will appear with 2 options: New Folder and Delete Rename Press Rename to rename the folder New Folder Press New Folder to create a child folder within the selected folder Delete Press Delete to delete the folder with all of its documents inside -8-

9 Edit a File Select a file Press a file and hold down A context menu will appear with Delete option Delete Press Delete to delete the file Rename Press Rename to rename the file Press to the file (See files for more details) * Need to update the screenshot -9-

10 View Files After selecting a file, it will open and display for users. By pressing the appropriate button from the bottom, users can view Index Fields, File Information, File Notes or Versions of the selected file. Index Fields Press Index Fields tab to view the file's index fields File Info Press File Info tab to view the file's miscellaneous information File Notes Press File Notes tab to view notes have been added to the file Version Press Version tab to view all of the file's versions Go back to parent folder Press the Folder Name button at the top-left corner to go back to the parent folder

11 To return to the original file after accessing those options, users may select the Cancel button located at the top-left of the screen. Cancel Press Cancel button to return to the original image

12 Edit Index Fields After viewing a file and click on Index Fields at the bottom left, users will be prompted to the Index Fields screen. Within this screen, users may enter or modify the values of index fields. Then, users can click on the Save button to complete the process. Cancel Press Cancel button to return to the original image Save Press Save button to complete updating index values to the file * All the textboxs will turn red if users input invalid characters or format

13 After pressing Save button, there will be a pop-up window with a message says that index fields are updated. Ok Press Ok button to return to the original file

14 Files You are able to documents from the screen. The following screenshots are taken from an Android device. But ios users will find similar screens on their devices. Select a file Press a file and hold down A context menu will appear with 3 options: Delete, Rename, and Download Link Press Download Link to enter the Application Launcher Menu screen

15 Select an application The Application Launcher Menu will be opened with all the valid applications. In this user guide, Android's application will be used. But users are free to use any existing applications on their devices. Press to enter the screen with a link to the file from the cloud service

16 Fill out the screen Within the screen, users can fill out the recipients, subject, content, and attach files. Send After filling all the details, press Send button to send an with the attached files Attach Press Attach button to attach more files

17 Search Files Search feature allows users to easily find any files based on the value entered. By default it will search the entire file cabinet for all index and system fields pertaining to the value entered. For advanced search options, users can see Advanced Search section for more details. Once inside a File Cabinet, users can perform a search at any time by enter value into the Search field. Search field Press Search field to bring up the keyboard for typing in search value. Then, press the Search button in keyboard to perform the search process Filter Press Filter button to perform Advanced search

18 Advanced Search After pressing Filter button, there will be a drop-down list prompt users to select search options. Select Search options After pressing a search option, there will be a blue check mark indicates that it's selected Close the drop-down list by pressing the Filter button again

19 Search Results After performing a search, number of results will display at the top of the screen followed by a list of files found that match the search criteria. Select a search result Press a search result to open it in the viewer Cancel Press Cancel button to return to the previous location where users were at

20 Scan Scan allows users to scan files in using a Canon brand mobile scanner. To access this feature, users need to login to a file cabinet and select a folder to import the scanned files to. Once selected a folder, go to the Upload tab (see Upload section for more details). Scan Press Scan button to enter Scan Options screen

21 Scan Options After pressing the Scan button, users can select Scan options. Back Press Back button to return back to Upload tab. Scanner Type Press Scanner Type option to choose a scanner type (See more details below) Color Mode Press Color Mode option to choose Color or Gray mode Page Size Press Page Size option to choose a page size from: Auto-detection for Text, Autodetection, Letter, or A4 Resolution Press Resolution option to choose either 300 dpi or 150 dpi Scanning Side Press Scanning Side option to choose Skip Blank Page, Duplex, or Simplex Start Scan Press Start Scan button to perform scanning process with all the options have been selected

22 Details of a Scan option This is the detail view of Scanner Type option. Back Press Back button to return back to Scan Options screen Select a Scanner Type By pressing a scanner type, the radio button next to it will turn green There are 3 scanner types: P-150, P-208, or P

23 Scan Offline Without Internet connection, users can still scan files by Dokmee Mobile. Scanned files will be saved in device's memory, and then users can sync them when Internet connection is available (See Sync from Scan for more details). To access this feature, press "Scan" from the home screen. Scan Press Scan button in the Home screen to access Scan Options (See Scan Options for more details) Then users can scan files offline

24 Sync from Scan After gaining Internet connection, users can sync all the files that they have scanned offline. From the Upload screen (see Upload section for more details), users can sync files which have been scanned offline. Sync from scan (blue underlined link) Press Sync from scan link to access Dokmee Gallery Then, users can to select files to sync

25 Select files to sync Select files to sync By pressing the files that users want to sync, there will be green check marks next to the files Sync Press Sync button to start up the process After the sync process completes, it will return to the Upload screen Cancel Press Cancel button to return back to the Upload screen

26 Upload Files Inside Upload screen, users can import files to a File Cabinet by browsing existing images on their device or using its camera to take a picture. The target listed at the top displays the location that the files will upload to. Files This upload method will open the file explorer Users can pick any files that they want to upload into the file cabinet There will be a pop-up window ask users to enter a name for the uploaded file Press Ok button when it's done. It will return to Upload screen Camera This upload method will launch the Camera on the device After taking a picture, users will be prompted to name the file It will automatically import into the folder location where users were at Gallery/Library This upload method will browse to device's Gallery or Library After selecting a file, users will be prompted to name the file It will automatically import into the folder location where users were at Scan This upload method will send users to the Scan Options screen (See Scan Options section for more details)

27 Workflow Inbox Workflow Inbox Within Workflow Inbox, users can see files that are assigned to them Press on a file to display it Workflow Inbox Viewer File colors indicate level of priority Red means ASAP Orange means High Green means Medium Blue means Low

28 Workflow Inbox Viewer Inbox Viewer Within the Inbox Viewer, users can choose to approve, reject, or view the notes on a file Back Press Back button to go back to the Workflow Inbox screen Approve Press Approve to send the selected document to next step of the workflow Reject Press Reject to reject the file But users need to enter the reason why they want to reject it Back to the Workflow Inbox screen, there will be a X sign next to the rejected file If users decide to go back to the rejected file, the Reject button is disabled Notes Press Notes to view notes have been added to the related document

29 Logout If users wish to disconnect from their Dokmee database, they can press the Logout tab at the bottom. Once logged out, users will not be able to access their files and folders until they login back in. For security measures, Dokmee will automatically log users out when the application is not in view. Log out Press Log out button to log out Dokmee application

30 More For ios users For ios users, additional options can be accessed by selecting the More tab at bottom of the screen. Edit Press Edit button to view all the areas within the mobile app Contact Us Press Contact Us to enter the Contact Us screen (See Contact Us section for more details) About Press About to enter the About screen (See About section for more details)

31 For Android users For Android users, there is not More tab at bottom of the screen. 32 Contact Us Contact Us launches a browser within the app that connects to Dokmee website. Here users can communicate directly with Office Gemini regarding any questions, concerns or feedbacks Fill out the necessary fields and send the message, and a representative will contact you More (for ios users only) Press More button to return back to the More screen

33 About About is where users can find information about Dokmee Mobile and Office Gemini's contact information. Additionally, users can launch Help guide from Getting Started or view End User Agreement.
