A stocking order is defined as a non-emergency order for stock replenishment shipped via standard UPS Ground or Truck delivery. Product must be purchased at normal published catalog prices and stocking orders must be comprised of AT LEAST 50% WOOD PRODUCTS. Free freight does not apply to orders that are custom made or that receive non-published volume pricing. Back-ordered product from Free Freight stocking orders will be shipped at your expense when they become available or can be shipped with your next Free Freight order. Orders shipped UPS will have a $3.50 handling fee applied. Orders shipped via Truck will have a $4.50 handling fee applied. Stocking orders may be placed anytime during the month. Free freight eligibility for an order must be determined when the order is placed. Please ask your Sales Representative for free freight confirmation. Some single category orders may not qualify. We will not change the payment status or issue credits for orders that have been shipped without prior free freight approval. Past due accounts are NOT eligible for Free Freight until they are paid current. COD, residential delivery, lift gate, fuel surcharge, and other special handling or extraordinary charges will not be paid by Blue Ridge Mountain Woodcrafts. Any additional charges discovered after shipment will be invoiced to you. We have negotiated excellent rates with UPS and a number of major truck carriers and reserve the right to ship all free freight orders using our least cost option. Orders that are expedited freight collect will receive shipping priority over stocking orders. If you specify a carrier other than our least cost carrier, you will be invoiced for the cost difference. All shipments originate from Ellijay, Georgia unless otherwise specified. Orders to the New York City Metro Area are only eligible for Half Freight shipping to zip codes starting with the following numbers: New York City/Long Island , & New Jersey Metro Other areas of New York state are subject to the guidelines listed above.

14 Made to Order Custom Products Blue Ridge Mountain Woodcrafts manufactures Custom and Semi-Custom products in minimum quantities as low as one Piece. Can't Find the product you need in our Catalog? Need a special Size, Shape, Color? If it can be manufactured we will make it. CUSTOM SIZES If it can be manufactured we will make it. Products are only limited by the width of our Top-Foil machine. Custom plaques can be up to 24" in one direction. For example we can make a 48" in plaque but it cannot be wider than 24". CUSTOM SHAPES State of the art CNC machines allow us the ability to create shaped plaques of any kind. Straight edges, curved edges, round, state shapes, numbers, letters, Etc. Custom plaques with curved edges must have the edges painted. We stock black, brown and gold paint. Custom colors on request. PICTURE PLAQUES and BASES Customize popular Picture Plaques to meet your specifications. We manufacture Pop-In, Slide-In, and Back-loader styles. Custom Bases, Lids and sets. Select size, shape, and color to create your special configuration. Custom Colors We offer a wide variety of foil colors, including solids, wood grain and specialty foils. Material All of our custom products are manufactured from our PRO-Wood. Blue Ridge Mountain PRO-Wood is MDF (medium density fiber board) with a foil finish. We offer 7 thickness options. Finishing Custom Plaques can be manufactured with various edges based on design and material thickness. 15 NO minimums for most standard Custom Plaques Custom items will be priced based upon the quantity required. There are price breaks for larger quantities. There is a $50.00 setup fee per order for custom items. * Special shapes, Picture Plaques and custom bases will have a minimum order quantity. The minimum quantity correlates to the yield of a 5' x 8' piece of MDF. CUSTOM/SEMI-CUSTOM PRO WOOD Material Thickness All of our custom products are manufactured from our special PRO-Wood. We stock MDF in the following thicknesses: 1/4" - beveled edge 3/8" - beveled or concave edge 1/2" - beveled or concave edge 5/8" - Standard Plaque thickness. This MDF available with all edges. (Bevel, concave, S, E, and CC) 3/4" - beveled edge 1" - beveled edge 1 1/2" - beveled edge Blue Ridge can also securely pack and ship volume orders without boxes to reduce your costs on large orders. Custom items are not eligible for our Free-Freight program, however some custom orders can be shipped with qualifying Free-Freight orders, ask your sales representative for details and restrictions.
